A great place on the beach to go and fullfil your sweet tooth craving. This shop has just about everything you want and the prices are average for the great quality. The service is good and friendly.

Extremely over priced ice cream. Ordered a waffle cone and a bowl and barely got two scoops in the waffle cone and one scoop for the bowl. It cost me almost 13.00. The girls working were extremely rude. I felt as if i were an inconvenience to them. Won’t be going back.

We like Kilwin’s, but called tonight before driving over to make sure they are wearing masks, and they are not! Most of the staff there are young people and this puts them at risk as well as all customers. Inexcusable.

The employees were NOT wearing masks and gloves while scooping ice cream and serving. Very disappointing when you are in the mood for ice cream.

Although the location and presentation is outstanding. Two of us walked in and all 4 employees talked amongst themselves even when we looked right at them and smiled. We looked at the ice cream selection and it was like we were not there. We ordered 2 scoops and got fudge (Too little) each - and for almost $19.00. Yes that’s right. I asked if that was correct and they said yes. We asked for a little more hot fudge and was told no as they cannot touch our bowls. They wouldn’t come up with an alternative way either. So sad as this is a place we could go weekly. At this point doubt we would even return.

The owners are amazing. The drinks are delicious and the salted chocolates are a must try treat! Outdoor seating available and on Ocean Drive plus oceanfront.

Recently went to Kilwins, 3 of us, one had a milk shake and the other two of us had single scoops of ice cream.ice cream was good nothing special and we've had better.cost $28.00! Don't know how a family of 3 or 4 could afford to go out for an ice cream treat. Will not be going back.

Get the salted carmel ice cream. It's amazing. And during Easter they have these peanutbutter balls called bunny tails. If you like reese's peanutbutter cups you'll love these.

Ice Cream is fantastic. The staff are mostly in another planet and just stare off in the direction home. C'mon people your serving the most expensive ice cream in Vero smile while your giving my 5 year old their Superman.

We frequent Kilwins as it's directly across from Humiston Park. Ice cream and cones are always great and the staff friendly. Outdoor eating area is abundant and clean, as is the inside. It's pretty overpriced but if convenience is what you're looking for ot's worth it.

Expensive ice cream and chocolates. A scoop of chocolate ice cream and two cherry cordials ran over $10. But they where good. One of the cordials had a hole in the bottom and the juice was mostly gone, but that should have been caught by the server. The only real down side was the servers did not wear gloves and directly touched the ready to eat food.

Insanely good! Homemade ice cream, fudge, even make their own waffle cones! Yum.our 3rd time to Vero and not sure how we missed this place before!

Great spot to take a date and then go for a walk on the beach. They have gourmet ice cream and specialty shakes and drinks. There is seating on the outside only and there is one unisex bathroom for customers

Sadly they were not very nice. I am in the service industry too. If I hadn't waited so long I would have left. Its a holiday. You need to be nice to people who want to give you money. Really a bummer after $60. Your employees need to realize that their attitude will loose you customers. Its ice cream. Costs nothing to be nice. Not the norm for Vero Beach.

I love this place. The ice cream is great and the treats are unique and great quality. If you are a gummy bear lover, must try!

Great sweets and you gotta try the Vero Beach favorite ice cream, the Sea-Salt Carmel ice cream. It gets 5 stars are by itself!

Great ice-cream!
I usually prefer smoothies than classical ice-cream, but wanted to try this place as a lot of people recommended it.

Food and outside seating was very good. Service was average at best. Had to request things multiple times from waiter, Cliff, who seemed predisposed to other things.

Average ice cream and candy. Pretty much an overpriced tourist trap with terrible customer service! The employees obviously don’t enjoy the tourist traffic.

Fresh warm waffle cones and delicious ice cream, as well as a variety of other sweets. This is a great place to stop when at the beach in Vero.
