It was really good, and it has a wide selection of ice cream and different kinds of handmade candy. It's always super clean and really good. It's a little bit pricey

Used to love this place as a kid on vacation.it’s mid now.ice cream flavors aren’t as good as they were and my brother ordered a shake that was completely flavorless, thrown away and we ordered a replacement at marble slab.waste of $15.but the service was decent

“I recently visited this ice cream store, and I had a disappointing experience. After I ordered a milkshake, a worker told me the cost after taxes and asked if I still wanted it. This surprised me because, during my time there, I didn’t observe them doing the same for other customers. When I expressed my concern, the worker explained that they do it for all customers, but it still left me feeling uncomfortable.

My husband, who is white and American, visited the store shortly after me and ordered a milkshake without any mention of the cost after taxes. While I can’t definitively say this was a racist incident, it did leave me with a sense of inconsistency in their service. I believe all customers should receive the same level of service and respect, regardless of their background. ”

Ice cream is always the best. My grandkids have this at the top of their list. My fav is butter pecan.

I got two scoops of the butter pecan. Their was no flavor to the ice cream. It was like eating cold flavorless ice cream with pecans. A waste of money spent for me.

This place stands out to me months later as the best ice cream I've had in quite awhile. Definitely recommend

The wait is long but it is worth it. Our family loves kilwins. We make a point to stop anytime we are near one. My favorite is the New Orleans praline pecan. Husband always gets cake batter with homemade Carmel.

The Ice Cream was great! Got some taffy to go and that was really excellent as well, nice and soft and easy to eat.

As soon as you walk through the doors, it smelled of fudge and chocolates. I tried a scoop of the chocolate peanut butter ice cream and it was so good! Big chunks of peanut butter inside made it the perfect blend!

Very pricey but very good. People are not that friendly but it is better than alot of places.

$59.97 for 4 20oz milkshakes that 3 of kids wouldn't drink, due to lack of flavor. We were okay with the cost and size when they told us the price as we placed our order. I should've taken that as a warning that they weren't worth the money.

Kilwins is a must go to when in PCB! They have the best fudge hands down. If you buy two 1/4 lb fudge you get one free! Don’t forget you can sample them all befor you decide which ones to go with. My personal favorite, chocolate with pecans!
