Kilwins Key West Chocolates Fudge and Ice Cream

Good selection, even had sugar free. Quality made sweet, everything had a nice look great flavor and they are not shy about samples. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Loved their peanut butter Dino! Hubby and I love peanut butter and chocolate! Also their chocolate covered strawberries!

Best toasted coconut ice cream I have ever had! If you love coconut do not miss this. The rest of my family had vanilla and peach which they said were very tasty as well. Service was friendly and quick. Nice respite from the heat of the day.

Fudge better than Mom's. I can say that because she's gone to that great fudge packing place in the sky. Have to stop whenever I am near a Kilwins. If they come to my town I'll be forced to move. I think you get the picture.

Worst service ever, we walked in with our son and the owner shouted out at us they were closed and their was still a family in there ordering ice cream. We only wanted 1 scoop.

We stopped in one night for ice cream-going for the local flair instead of Ben & Jerry's or Haagen Daz, which we can get at home! We loved that they offered samples, since most places haven't done that for a year or two! Every flavor we tried was amazing, which made it hard to choose. I took off one star because they seemed in such a hurry to get rid of us, even though there wasn't anyone behind us in line. Customer service could use some improvement, but the quality of their ice cream is unmatched! I'd still go back, just with what I want in mind so I can get it and get out!

No banana splits lol looked good but went on for a split and they don't have them so left but had a verity of desserts all looked good

This place was great! All different types of fudge and candy! It was all really hard to decide! Staff was friendly and helpful.

You don't cone to Key West for Ben and Jerry's or Hagen Daz! That stuff is in your grocery store. Kilwins is a sweet tooth's kind of shop. Great ice cream and quantity. If you are a hot fudge fan, it's the better quality and ample amount. The line may be long but you can let your mouth water looking at all the candies (didn't have any.yet) and the line moves quickly. It would be helpful to have an ice cream menu of flavors and options further back, like at the first and second curve, to help speed it along. Can't go wrong here ice cream fans!

Long time since I tasted such a delicious rum raisin ice cream. Don't be afraid to try the anything because everything is amazingly delicious in this place!

Terrible customer service. We left some of our food there and they would not give us a refund. We called and the employee rudely hung up on us. Would not suggest. There are so many better ice cream shops in Key West. Everyone there was very rude.

Their ice cream cones are delicious. Wish I could say the same about the milk chocolate. Something was very off putting about it. I failed to enjoy it so much that I threw the last piece away. I’m simply not the type of guy who usually throws away chocolate. Having said that, I will certainly go back for some ice cream.

The ice cream was really good. It’s in a nice location and right in the hustle and bustle of key west. Only reason I gave a 4 star review is a small ice cream was almost 6 bucks.

Best standard flavor ice cream in town; I only go here, as well as Flamingos for local tropical flavors.

This place has amazing ice cream! Very friendly and it was truly a treat to visit on a hot day. We may even be back tomorrow!

The Georgia Peach, The Old Fashioned Vanilla and the Apple Pie Ice Cream were WONDERFULThe fudges and candy were awesome? I recommend Highly. I will definitely be back.
