Dr. Connor and the entire staff at Kindness are always so kind to me and my fur babies. Being new to the area, I was extremely cautious and picky when it came to choosing a new vet for my babies. I felt at ease and knew, as a pet owner, that this was where I wanted to take them. Everyone greets my dachshunds by name and remembers us each time we come in. The doctor and vet techs spend a lot of time talking and explaining anything to you that you have questions about and I never feel rushed when I am there. I am so glad (& relieved) we found Kindness Pet Hospital on 30a. Thank you!

I showed up first thing in the morning after my dog Bella spent the night in the ER center in Destin. Even though I did not have an appointment they took Bella in and completed her care after the ER. Then the next day I took my male Mick over for an appointment-they worked me in and took care of him too! As an out of state vacationer to say this week has been stressful is an understatement! Kindness Pet Hospital certainly earned their name and eased my mind not once but twice. Our dogs are family and they treated them and me like family and I am so very grateful! Highly recommend them. Everyone is so kind in this office. I know when I take my pups in, they will be well taken care of, and when its time to let them go, they have been there for me.

Dr. Carr is the very best! I have known her for over 10 years, and you will not find a better Veterinarian! She is extremely smart (#1 in her Class), caring, and absolutely loves animals. I enthusiastically recommend her to anyone needing an excellent Veterinarian! John Marrs

We are visiting from Michigan. Our 13 year old dachshund got very sick. They took us in with open arms! Cannot tell you how wonderful every single person in the office was. We are hoping for the best, and could not be more thankful!

Amazing care, knowledge, and of course kindness. I had an emergency with my dog Ingram while in town. I came in at 4 on a Friday when they close at 5. Dr. Connor saw my dog, diagnosed him, and got him exactly what he needed in time to make it through the weekend. Great hospitality!

Tori, Maggie and Dr. Conner were kind, compassionate and very caring toward Varuca, our 18 year old sweet Orange Tabby. All were focused on making sure we understood her treatment options. We are on vacation, camping with our sick cat. Sure wish we had this level of care at home. This clinic is HIGHLY recommended.

Way over priced it’s ridiculous. I compared costs with another vet for cytopoint allergy injection. Kindness charged me over $100 for a 20lb dog compared to $23 at a vet in Freeport. They're robbing you in “kind” way! Service was okay. The front desk people were not too friendly so I really didn’t feel too welcomed until I met the Doctor who was very nice and helpful.

Great experience with Kindness Pet Hospital, I have been through all of a dogs life experience with this location. Multiple dogs. Highly recommend.

Edit: My dog developed cancer while we were patronizing this veterinarian and they were absolute angels. They are compassionate, professional, understanding, empathetic and, above all, kind. They did everything they could for my baby, and when the time came, they told me so tactfully and without flummery. Dr. Connor and the entire staff treated Parker like their own and as hard as it was to lose him, they made it a little less painful with their ways. I will forever be grateful to them.
