We had a work gathering, and the staff that attended to us in the back area had 5-star customer service.

Very unorganized. Not thrilled with the open lanes and waiting times. Cole proceeded to assist by offering a free bowl but we wanted to pay. He wasn’t attentive and didn’t listen to my frustrations. He was not managing well in the first place and could’ve avoided issues at the register and at check in. My husband and I won’t be back. Wouldn’t ordered drinks and food if it weren’t for this experience.

Went to Florida on a vacation. Somehow ended up here. Food was great. Bowled had a great time.b

DO NOT GO WITHOUT A RESERVATION!

I was unable to make a reservation online as they were booked fll for bowling. I called to see if it was possibly a mistake and maybe a lane was available. The gentleman on the phone assured me no reservation was necessary and we could just come in. So we did. And there was a 2 hour wait to bowl. Very disappointed. We left.

We ordered nachos and they were stale and in some extremely salty "maybe they spilled the salt container" very poor quality

The service at the entrance of this place is horrible and not friendly.
We went to speak to the person that assist in getting bowling lanes ready. To see if we could move our growing larger party. To lanes that could be together and we were flat out told no. This even with four lanes being open. The answer we were given was that the server would use out. I know the service industry well and I know what it means for a server to lose a table. We were ok with closing out our taps and tipping our then server well.
This person that was left in charge of the lanes needs to be retrained in customer service. A guest request should always be looked at and not be told that it can't be done.
I will not recommend this place even if it was to use the bathroom.

Stacey Goode, C was a rude customer I saw she made everyone unhappy with her vibes she needed attention demanded free bowling she's a liar everyone was happy until she started screaming at nice employees rude rude I'm on vacation from out of state she made a review of lies I had manager move us from her negative vibes rude comments she was soooooo miserable at a place of fun the staff cole everyone was nice attentive pleasant this type of ppl need to stay home.

Kings Entertainment Orlando Florida International Drive was so much fun! We visited Kings Entertainment on Saturday 6-17-2023 for my nephew 23rd early birthday celebration! It was about 20 of us and we had so much fun eating, drinking & bowling. I must say you have to go to this place at least once if you’re in the area. Valet parking is complimentary if let valet know you’re going into Kings otherwise parking is horrible. Our food was hot and fresh and our waitress was very good! Management and bartender David was awesome! My only negative experience was they was a bit unorganized and the staff is all over the place meaning of you need your waitress or waiter you might don’t see them for a while but they work extremely hard and deserve the added 18% gratuity! We wasn’t seated on time. We were told to be there at 6: 45pm. Overall we had an awesome experience! I will be back for sure! You have to go with fun people so you can turn up and have a good time! I ordered 12 wings for $22 and Nachos with Chicken $16 plus $3 to add chicken. My strawberry with patron was $16 and a virgin strawberry lemonade was $5.

Jennifer was our attendant. She was very attentive from beginning to end. Her demeanor with my grandson was exceptional. The place was very clean and very well divided. The food was also very tasteful. Will definitely go back again when back in town.

Came here for a corporate event and had a good time. The food was really good! Everything we had (pretty much the entire menu) was really, really good for a bowling/entertainment center. We enjoyed the food so much that we came back again the following night for dinner.
Shout out to Teddy, Yuret (sp?), Jennifer, and Dre! They really stood out at the event and were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. We had an issue on one of the lanes during hyper bowl, which was promptly taken care of. I will definitely keep Kings on my list of places to visit when back in the area.

What an outstanding place! I only took a few pics. This place is huge, 22 bowling lanes with dedicated areas and landed for private events. Bowling, billards, shuffle board, full bar, delicious food, arcade, and colorful lights! Came here for Bowl Expo, and what a great experience we had. Delicious food, great service, and an extremely nice bowling alley with the latest and greatest technology. I'll be back! It's definitely worth a stop by if you are in the Orlando area.

We had so much fun celebrating a birthday here. We reserved a lane and a pool table. Our party was about 15 people (adults & kids). The food was delicious and the drinks were good too. We bowled, played pool and arcades. I brought in a birthday cake and they kept it refrigerator, then added the candles so we could sing happy birthday! One of our guests became sick and the manager and wait staff were exceptional. They allowed our guest to sit in a private area and helped them to get to the car safely through a side exit. They went above and beyond to attend to our party. I'm not sure of the manager's name but he was helpful and professional. The hostess/waitress, Shatara was phenomenal. Super bubbly and outgoing. The team here is great!

Excellet place to go with Family or Firends. Cool interior design. Plenty of space. Bowling includes the shoes! Beers are Big & Cold!

What a disaster of a place! I call ahead of time and ask until what time we can bowl, the front desk girl replies that we definitely could play if we came. We headed over right away and arrived at 11: 15pm. The front desk ladies were quite rude and just seemed annoyed the whole time. The food wasn’t any good and we even got charged for an extra drink that we didn’t order. But the worst part was that at 11: 55pm our game stopped without any warning. I asked the lady at the front what happened with the game and she said they closed at 12: 00 and the game stopped 5 min before they close. When we came in we paid for an hour of bowling and we weren’t told anything about not having a full hour of game. But it was clearly a lie that our game stopped because they were closing because there were 3 other lanes still playing without any issues. We stayed until 12: 15 finishing our food and there were people still playing their bowling games! Like, how can you be so discriminating for no reason? Oh, and their bathrooms are absolutely disgusting! They try to sell themselves like an upscale place but it’s just a fraud.
