The office was very courteous and responsive. Ken came out and was extremely polite and professional. He was wearing mask, gloves and shoe covers. He diagnosed and repaired the issue. He will be bringing back a quote for new ACs because mine are overdue to be replaced. So far so good. This appears to be a local family run business that conducts business in the right manner.

The guys came out and put in an ac and furnace. They were on time and was very professional. They came in and got the job done and we are very happy. Rogers showed us everything they had done and gave us plenty of pointers for our new units. Their prices were good and they didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. We will be calling them for any service that we might need and they provide, and telling everyone about their services.

Our furnace stopped working on Monday morning. I called Kings guys to fix it. They arrived in less than an hour and got our unit working within 45 minutes. They used certified and quality equipment to fix the issue. Great staff and great customer service. Very happy with services provided by them.

Called Kings Heating & Air Conditioning Co.to have our furnace looked at on Monday morning, they had openings that day but it did not work with our schedule, they were able to have someone out the following morning. They called while they were on their way and we was there when he said he would be. He looked at the furnace and let us know that it really just needed to be cleaned and that we could call and set up regular maintenance appointments with the office. Great honest service in a timely manner.
