Was scammed into purchasing a vehicle, my check was taken and the owner refused give my check back. I was crying and he looked me in the eye said he wont give me my check he tricked me into using cashier check specifically so I cant protect myself. Do not do business here.

Ladies This is the place to go if you need something affordable and reliable in a hurry and I'm a older female and I have to say that it's hard to find good customer service in this day and age and Justin went above and beyond to help me get back on the road when my car died he even came and picked me up and took me to run a errand before I even looked at any of the vehicles he had he was truly a life saver and I would highly recommend going to Kirbys for all your vehicle needs

I purchased a vehicle here. The owner was able to be contacted to address my issues/ concerns and worked to correct them. His staff is friendly and easy to work with.
They are not mechanics so you y the vehicle as is. They did fix the flat tire issue for me. Do your research and really check the car over. Bring any issues to the staff and they will try to work with you.
My only issue was the car was not even cleaned out before I drove off the lot. I had to remove trash and other items from the vehicle when I got home. I am vacuuming the vehicle as I type this
I believe I received a fair price for the vehicle, let's hope it holds up for awhile!

Do not buy from this junk dealer. They told me my BMW X3 had no problems whatsoever. Within 3 months of purchase I had smoke coming from under the hood. Come to find out the car has several oil leaks which will cost over $1000 to fix. All kirby's staff are complete liars and not to be trusted. Don't believe a word they tell you.

Justin Kirby sold me a Saab 9-3 that he said he had driven, and it drove well and didnt need much work, if any. We ran a code reader on it and it had manufacturer specific codes that he claimed would be no problem to fix. I wanted to take the car to a shop and have it checked out and get the breaks and such serviced and he convinced us that it didn’t need that and he claimed he “didn’t want us spending unnecessary money”. Within 6 HOURS on the SAME DAY that we purchased it and drove it off the lot, we took it home and then we when tried to leave again it would not start. Justin claimed that he could have his mechanic take a look at it and try to help us out, then he came by with a new crankshaft sensor that he helped us put in as a show of good faith. That was the last moderately helpful thing he did. It ended up needing a brand new ECM which cost an additional grand. Then the rotors and calipers (that he told us were fine) needed replacing because one of the calipers broke. Even with us trying not to drive it until it was at 100% it has been a money dump. Between spark plugs, ECM, breaks and rotors, tire rods (they were bent) and not even to mention the cosmetic issues we have spent over the $3,000 he charged us for the vehicle. It was right after the hurricanes and Justin Kirby either took advantage of us or it was gross negligence. I should have taken it back the same day rather than believing a word this man said. After the fact we’ve come to find out that he is notorious for this, and I will never let anyone I care about even inquire about a car on either of his lots. Shameful. I don’t know how he has such high reviews because the only truth I see is in the 1 stars, but I’m sure having dirty money can buy false reviews

Kirby is the place to get reliable and affordable transportation. You won't go wrong. I have bought several cars and won't go anywhere else. Justin is the best. 5 star rate.

If you like walking, and taking Uber this is a great place to pay top dollar for cars that will only run for a day, and no help at all getting your new car running again.
