Kirk Fish Company reviews
16I always make a stop here. I love their smoked fish. I make a few different apps out of it. I always have to buy an extra fillet because it smells so good I always end up tasting on the way home! The stone crab can’t be fresher. A truly great fish monger! They also do charters so give them a call as early as you can they are very busy during the winter.
We count on Kirk Fish for the best fresh seafood and they deliver time after time. Best fresh Stone Crab Claws right out of the water. Grouper, shrimp, and other local seafood is excellent! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful when you have questions.
Went into Kirk Fish late yesterday and was really impressed with their staff and customer service. We have been customers for years but were hesitant to eat local fish after Hurricane Ian and the recent Red Tide. We asked about the situation and rather than be irritated or condescending in response the woman behind the counter addressed our concerns and recommended some day-fresh Amberjack, caught miles offshore and far from the effects of Ian. Her colleague gave great advice for preparation on the grill and it was the best fish I have ever prepared (no exaggeration.) Can’t recommend highly enough!
Fantastic place for fresh fish. Nice staff. Snapper, grouper, shrimp, scallops, crab cakes, and please try Ella's Crackers. We shopped numerous times during our extended stay on Marco Island. LOVED it and totally recommend to everyone. Just past Little Bar restaurant to the left on Goodland. Simple drive from Marco Island. Much, much less traffic in Goodland too. Closed on Sundays!
We started going to Kirk for the stone crab claws. Those are awesome and sustainable. We noticed all the other fresh seafood and can recommend all of it too!
Not as good as I remembered it to be. When traveling in the southern states we normally stop at one.
OMG. The fish is awesome! Decent selection of fresh. Had the grouper and the stone crab, both were wonderful. Do not miss!
Wonderful fresh stone crab in multiple sizes. Very helpful employees that cracked our claws perfectly which made them easy to eat that evening and she even added some ice to our bag for the ride home.
First time at Kirk pleasant staff, great cooked Cajun jumbo shrimp, was expecting being strictly fish, crab and assorted seafood I kind of expected a little lower price, however quality today comes at a price.
Amazing staff. Kind and attentive. Best local seafood hands down. Very fresh! From the fish, shrimp, scallop, and crabs to smoked fish and lobster dip- all items are highly recommended. Worth a visit to Goodland, FL
Absolutely the best! Try their salmon. Flown in fresh twice a week from Norway. The best I’ve ever had. And everything else is caught locally daily. Excellent!
The best fresh seafood across the board. Stone crabs are the absolute best. Then again.everything is the best!
Closed now, but was there the last day they were open.
Always stopped for Stone Crab and fresh cooked shrimp everytime I went for lunch at Crabby Lady's, Paradise Found or Little Bar.
Folks there are friendly always have a smile for you and attentive to your wants & needs.
Great place
The shrimp I picked up from here was amazing. If I ever travel back to Florida I will definitely go back.
Easy place to get in and out of. Got all the essential fresh seafood and the staff is very friendly!
I bought clams, grouper and scallops for a Cioppino. The scallops were very large. The clams were tiny. The seafood was very fresh. I find the prices very high. But the seafood was very good. They also had quite a bit of stone crab. We will go back for those when our son comes back to Marco Island for a visit.
