Kissimmee Endoscopy Center reviews
15The overall experience was awesome. Trying to schedule a followup was not as great. Left a message and never heard back. Then called, waited about 5 mins and was pushed into vm. Called back and waited another 5 min. While waiting said could make appt on the portal. I tried but I couldn't find my Dr's name no matter what I entered. Dr. Emmanuel Ramos-Reyes is very personable and caring.
Thanks to all of he nurses. Gracias a todas las enfermeras. The experience was a very good one. You guys kept me calm the whole time. Fue una experiences muy buena. Me mantuvieron calmada y tranquila.
The staff was very friendly and very understanding. They made me feel very comfortable. I appreciated that.
Dr. Rivera is awesome! He listened to all my concerns and was very throughout with my procedures and I am so grateful for him! I have to have endo and colonoscopy every year and having him doing them gives me peace of mind for the rest of the year! Thank you to all the amazing staff each and everyone of you made my visit comfortable and my nerves at ease.
The service was great. Front desk staff was great. The nurse name was Carmen She was awesome. Very good. Very good service. Everyone that participated in the procedure was great. I give them 100.
People is caring in general. However, as soon as I woke up from the procedure, I was rushed to leave the bed
Every one was very nice and efficient made my experience a very good one
Thankyou all for allowing me to feel safe!
This place is awful. The wait time is insane. Do not go here. If your procedure is at 9 you will not be called until 4 hours later. The receptionist is awful rude. My mother had both Endoscopy and Colonoscopy and we waited hours for her procedure. Horrible place
Wasn't happy about the preparation for the procedure. Had to get up at 2am for 2nd cleansing. But everything else was good.
They are nice. But they made me wait about 4 hours before my appointment it was scheduled for 10: 00am. Then after the procedure I was still feeling out of sorts from the anesthesia and they rushed me out the bed and got me dressed even though I felt unstable on my feet. They were in a hurry to give the bed to someone else. It was my 3rd colonoscopy, and I feel this one was a bad experience.
The staff here is amazing from the front desk to the team completing the procedure. The only reason I am giving them a 4 star is that my appointment was set for 11: 45am and was not called back until 2: 00pm- 2: 15pm.
So bad …. Patients must wait 4- hours to be call for the nurse…. They make too many appointments for the same day.
Great experience with the Doctor, nurses and other staff. Really nice people working as a good team.
Talk about a meat market.
This place is definitely all about the money. Your money
They over book to begin with and a 9 o'clock appointment means 11oclock due their overflow.
After waiting now 2 hours again for a 9am appointment they call me in the parking lot saying Dr wants to talk to you. Another waste of time. Dr Soto is nothing more than an arrogant sob.
His English is broken and when I mentioned it, he really showed his true colors. His trailer park was definitely showing through.
Save your money people.
Do your homework.
Shop around.
Doctor Soto needs a time out.
For a small place I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency, professionalism, the compassion and then just putting me at easy before the procedure. One doctor was very funny. Laughter is always a good medicine. Thanks to all of you.
