Kitchen Bath and More Canter Stone USA, Oviedo FL

Our shower and bathtub area needed updating after 33 years. We selected Kitchen and Bath to do the renovation. Jesus provided sample displays and practical suggestions as we discussed what we wanted. A day by day plan was laid out with Otto supervising each step taking place. Demolition, plumbing, moving drain, building shower walls, water proofing, repairing termite damage, tiling and installing frameless glass shower. Each crew their job efficiently and removed debris. We had 3 way chat with Jesus and Otto each step of the way. When we had a question, there was always a prompt reply. The job was completed in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the final product.

My project was straight-forward: replacing tub and shower surround; frame-less glass shower enclosure and shower door; bring shower floor up to floor level; install grab bar. I had received estimates from 3 of the "shower-in-1-day"companies, with costs ranging from $15k to $21k - and those were not even tile but acrylic and did not include the tub surround. Even though those companies offered a year to pay, I just didn't want to spend that much, so I tried 1 more estimate. I am so glad I did. I saved a substantial amount and the results were worth paying now. More importantly, there was no high pressure involved! I am giving 5 stars because the price was so worth it, but offering a suggestion for slight improvement. Having to deal with several sub-contractors and many jobs simultaneously, must be - for the project manager- like herding cats! But a few times, workers showed up at a different time than scheduled, and at times UN-announced at all. No big deal - we had to be home anyway, but co-ordination with sub-contractors might be an area for possible (I stress "possible") improvement. I will not hesitate to recommend anyone to KB&M - in fact, I would try to dissuade anyone from using the "shower-in-one-day" companies.

Jesus and Otto are great to work with. They are experts in what they do, and professional throughout. They saved me a ton of money, Much lower than the 2 other estimates I received for my tiny 9 x 11' kitchen in the range of $24- $38K. It was very stressful for me as I had a deadline to move in - - this home was going through a total renovation.but they pulled it off as promised. The kitchen looks beautiful and I am so thankful, every thing came out great. The granite counter tops look fantastic, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use these guys in the future. You should also. You cannot go wrong. Visit their showroom - you will surely find something you like, at a price you can afford.

We had a master bathroom remodel completed by Canterstone earlier this year. We were very satisfied with the experience. Their team was very professional and easy to work with. During the quotation phase, they were responsive to questions, gave good guidance, and provided a very detailed proposal. Once the work started, the project was well-organized, managed and communicated. It was completed on schedule with quality workmanship.

I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation enough for the workmanship and guidance provided by the team at Kitchen Bath and More. After receiving multiple quotes for various phases of the rebuild of our interior due to severe flood damage from Ian, we chose KB&M for our 3 bathrooms and kitchen work. Then, as we progressed in our discussions, KB&M informed us that they could provide additional services for work that we needed done. I was most impressed by the time that the staff took on our initial visit to design our home interior without any pressure or sales pitch. In addition to our kitchen and baths, we eventually chose KB&M for the entire scope of our repairs - plumbing, electric, wall installation & finishing, painting of entire interior, tile floors, etc.
Every individual that worked on site were friendly, professional and exceptional trades/craftsman. Follow up and attention to details were evident throughout this entire process. I would highly recommend this company!

We just completed 3 renovation projects with Kitchen Bath & More/Cantor Stone! We are more than pleased with our new kitchen, master bathroom and guest bathroom! Jesus and Otto's team work in an efficient and timely manner, scheduling all work as needed. We appreciated the close communication through text/email, with questions answered quickly. The tile work is beautiful; all workers skilled and courteous. We felt price estimates were fair after comparison shopping. The entire process went smoothly and we are enjoying our "new" house!
