2Staff is rude and doesn’t care for anything. They make things as complicated as possible.
I will never come back to this place again. It was my first time getting a depo shot and when I called, one of the receptionists (thick hispanic accent) gave me a lot of attitude and was really rude. I told her “Hello how are you? ” And she said “What do you need? ” And i said “Hi I would like to make an appointment to get the depo shot, I have the actual thing with me the liquid” and she responded with attitude “Its not called the thing its not called the shot its called birth control” so I asked politely “May i speak to someone else please? ” And she sighed loudly and did not transfer me to someone else. So all in all i would rate it 0 stars. The doctors are nice but they should replace that one lady with someone else.
