Klement Family Dental, St. Petersburg FL

I am usually scared at the dentist, but Kelement made me feel comfortable. They explained everything they were doing, including how their membership works.

I really appreciated the videos of animals they had going throughout the office, they helped distract me from what was going on in my mouth!:)

Everyone at Klement Family Dental is so friendly & truly have the best interest for their patients! Alesia my hygienist was very friendly & did a great job cleaning my teeth! Highly recommend this office:)

Having not been to a dentist in a few years I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and painless experience. They were also very professional and the technology was more than impressive. I highly recommend Klement Family Dental.

My experience was amazing from start to finish! During my check in, I was offered a cold bottle of water. While in the back I was also offered a blanket because it was a little cold. Overall this was the BEST dental experience I’ve ever had. Thank you to you all at Klement Family Dental!

I went to the Old Northeat Office. From the initial phone call to the office visits, I experienced impeccable customer satisfaction! I was able to be seen the same day I called. They really care about their patients. When one office is closed, the other one will gladly assist with arising issues. The level of care is stellar! I never felt such comfort in a dental office! Dr. Klement and the assistants are very gentle, and have a great sense of humors, which helped me to stay calm during my painless and quick extraction. I appreciate the well check phone call on the following day. I am so happy that I finally found a dentist/staff with great compassion for their patients! Thanks to Klement Family Dental, my fear of dentists is definitely a thing of the past! P. S. The tooth pics (x-ray) machine is awesome?

I would highly recommend Klement Dental. My son had an accident late on a Friday and they were able to schedule him for an appointment the very next day. The patient care coordinator was terrific and made me feel much more calm about the situation. This was our first visit to the office and I was completely blown away on how amazing the office was - very clean and organized. All of the staff was friendly and patient. The dentist was very caring, reassuring and thorough. I was truly amazed by my experience there and the whole family will be returning!

Excellent in every regard. I was looking for a new dentist, and a neighbor recommended Klement Family Dental. My 1st appt was last week, as I was due for twice-yearly exam / cleaning. Booking was easy, and I especially appreciate the availability of so many online features. I checked in from my phone, Courtney (front desk) greeted me, and she - like all the staff - was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Greta (hygienist) was one of the best hygienists (if not the best) whom I've met in my decades of dental care. Dr Rattehalli took the time to clearly explain to me (showing me live images of my teeth) why I should consider a nighttime mouth guard (I will receive that on a visit next week). A prior dentist had suggested a mouth guard, but did not give any evidence, so I ignored that doc.
THIS week on Wed, a crown (fitted by my old dentist a year ago) popped off. I called Thursday morning and Courtney booked me an appointment for that same morning to get the crown cemented back in place. I was impressed that Andrea (I hope I got her name right) took x-rays for Dr Rattehalli to review to ensure that the tooth prep and the root were healthy. Dr Rattehalli seated the crown, and they had me hold a bite down for far longer than the prior dentist. Andrea then spent several minutes ensuring that all excess cement was removed from the exterior of the crown, and flossed between the crowned tooth and the adjacent to ensure everything was proper. And THEN she took one more x-ray to verify that the tooth and crown were as they should be and excess cement was removed. This was much better attention to procedure and detail than what I'd received at the dental office where I'd gone last year.
I realize this review my seem a bit effusive, but I am just thoroughly and positively impressed.

Wow! I honestly was so impressed with my visit today and my overall experience with Klement Family Dental. These guys really know what they are doing from making your appointment all the way too check out. I absolutely recommend!

My first visit, and was extremely impressed. In fact, prior to this visit, the communication was superior. Walking in today was actually a pleasant surprise. Who says that about going to a dentist? (no offense to dentists). Great technology, and excellent explanation of each procedure, as well as options. The entire staff is friendly, and helpful. If you're in need of a professional, 1st rate practice, I highly recommend.

My husband and I work in Temple Terrace (where our doctors, dentists, chiropractors, hair stylist, etc.are located), and live in St. Petersburg, but have been working remote for the last 19 months or so due to COVID. We decided it was time to find a dentist on this side of the bridge! I've had bad experiences with dentists in the past, and loved my last dentist, so I absolutely dreaded finding a new dentist, and really had been procrastinating.

I'm so happy with my first visit to Klement Family Dental! My dental hygienist, Allie, was terrific, and really impressed me with the little things, like using warm water instead of the typical cold water during the cleaning, which is tough on my sensitive teeth! Dr. Rattehalli seemed great too, and I was able to schedule my next appointment in days, not weeks or months like my previous dentist's office. Not only would I recommend Klement Family Dental to you, I came home and recommended them to my husband as well!

Very professional and down to earth! Felt at ease through the whole experience! This place has helped me overcome my fear of the dentist haha.

I hadn't been to a dentist in far too long so, understandably, I was nervous about everything going in. Let me just say that this was probably the best dental experience I've ever had. I had the pleasure and luck of having Alesia do my X-rays, other pictures + cleaning and she was absolutely wonderful and she made it so I'm not nervous to go back again! The rest of the office staff is also lovely and the price for my visit was completely reasonable. I'm so happy that I decided upon this practice to be my dentist in St. Pete. Thank you all!

Went in for Part 1 of a crown today. At every stage of the procedure, I was informed and kept as comfortable as possible. I had one earbud in, so I could listen to some music while they worked. Dr. Rattehalli and her assistant (tech? Nurse? Lieutenant? I'm really sorry I don't know the correct terminology!) Natalie worked efficiently and comfortably. I was told to raise my left hand if I felt any discomfort. At two points, I did (because of jaw/positioning issues, not because of pain at the tooth) and I was SO impressed with the speed at which they both stopped and removed their instruments and allowed me to voice my concerns and reset. THAT is how you keep a patient comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. They respected my agency every step of the way.

The entire office staff is completely welcoming, and I am so grateful to them for truly making a difference in my dental health.

I'm a very happy and satisfied with the service that I have received I would definitely recommend klement Dentistry when I went in for confrontation I had no hope at all I have been going to other dentistries and not getting anything done they were just taking my money and send me on my way I went so this Dentistry recommended by or family member of mines and I'm so happy that I went they do very good work they're very professional the environment is very clean they're very knowledgeable about your teeth they tried to save your teeth instead of pulling all your teeth out they give you options that you can go with instead of just having your teeth all pulled out I'm very happy very pleased I would definitely go again I recommend anyone to go to them you would definitely be satisfied and you can't go wrong I give this Dentistry 100%
