The crown quality has been fine. The communication between lab and doctor is lacking. Numerous times where the lab techs don’t read instructions. Gets frustrating always wondering whether they got the case correct or not.

If your dentist uses THIS lab.run as fast as you can because it will take them WEEKS to get your dentures / partials back! After two weeks, I STILL DON"T HAVE THEM! I'm pissed at this point because now I'M GOING TO HAVE TO CANCEL MY BIRTHDAY ARRANGEMENTS TOMORROW! Thanks a lot Knight Labs! Worst ever! UPDATE: I just found out that this lab has NOT EVEN STARTED on my partials yet. TWO WEEKS AND NOT EVEN STARTED YET! Stay far away from this place unless you have MONTHS available to wait on them to get anything done!

My case of 5 crowns were sent back 4 times; and, the last crowns were Worse than the First sent back. Intra-oral Digital Images AND a Mold of my teeth were sent. It should be EASY to Match tooth #9, #8, #7, and #6. Tooth #6 Looks like a "SPADE". The crowns Overjet. My bite was not aligned. And, there is unacceptable Anatomical Contour. I do not know WHY; I was Not Offered Any Alternative crown options besides the Zirconia (the Dentist odered without CONSULTING the Patient). My 6 lower front teeth that will Oppose the Zirconia crowns REQUIRE composite fillings on the biting surfaces. The Enamel has been filed away, resulting in fracture lines, chipping, and caries. I do not know if the Dentist or his staff is sending wrong instructions or the Lab is making Unacceptable Errors. I Pray my crowns come back with a bite I can chew food with, and the lucency looks natural, and the crowns are for teeth 9,8,7,6,5

Don’t recommend you might leave with a mental illness. It’s not a good job not the money or the people.

If you want crowns that fit really well then send your cases to this lab. Margins are always really good!
