I have lived here going on 4 months now and the amenities, the staff and the maintenance crew are top notch! They have awesome events as well and take great care of the grounds and make sure the residents are happy. They have great customer service and the apartments are so nice! They have valet trash pick up every week day! I love it here! Super safe and good security too.

Love Knightsbridge and all their staff. They are all super friendly and knowledgeable. I went to one of the resident events for Christmas and they were awesome. Food was phenomenal and the laughs were even better. They are super entertaining and you can tell they really care about their residents and want to make their experience better all around. Honestly a wonderful place to live.

Staff at Knightsbridge are super friendly and personable, they make living in apartments easy and stress free.

The girls in the office are really nice and sweet too! Staff feels more like friends here

I could not be happier with the customer service at Knightbridge. The young women Sarah that cared for me has been patient and positive through the whole application process. Since she has represented this organization with such enthusiasm. I give them my highest recommendation.

Sarah was patient, nice, and professional. She made the tour enjoyable and felt very welcomed. She honestly was one of the best leasing agent from an apartment complex we have experienced. She’s awesome!

The place is nice and well taken care of but since the cost of rent has gone up $400 in 2 years (with minimal increase in quality of life) it makes the smaller issues much more glaring.

My main complaints are as follows:

1) Valet trash is a requirement and is $30 a month. You have to put your trash outside before 9am, but if you put your trash out too early it's common for the wildlife to tear apart your trash. If that happens, the Valet will not pick up the trash. It's really frustrating when you go to work early in the AM. I want to take advantage of this service since I HAVE to pay for it but the circumstances at this complex make that a struggle.

2) Our HVAC system was around 20 years old and it kept breaking during the summer. It took 3 maintenance requests to get it properly fixed. That issue compounding with the fact that we have a high ceiling floorplan (the Stratford) really used up a lot of energy and made our energy bills really high. Regularly over $200 a month.

All in all, it's an expensive place and not exactly worth the hype.

Staff is friendly and efficient in person. The email responding slacks a bit compared to other places I have applied to. However, for the money, the apartments are great! Beautiful vaulted ceilings. Lots of windows and natural light. Upgrades are fantastic and the lofts are a great bonus! It’s in a beautiful area to. ️

This place is over budget and they don’t help with much of anything! Maintenance, exterior, and I’m so ready to move, wildlife is bad, and you pay all this money and they’ll tell make an excuse for everything

Pros:
- The environment is good.
- Maintenance team is great and fast.
Cons:
- Almost impossible to reach out the leasing office via phone number they listed. 99.99% of the chances the phone calls will not be connected.
- The people in the leasing office are not helpful. But always have kinds of fake smiles to you. When talking about fees or any kinds of money will be paid to them, they are very happy to tell you the lists.
- Bugs problems always bother me heavily.
- Be careful of the cell phone signal. Very bad connections. No matter which carriers you choose. You can barely get fair connection. When you make calls, it always break out.
- Valet trash is mandatory. You have to pay $30 no matter whether you use it or not. They said you have to put your trash outside the apartment before 9am from Mon to Friday. There are a lot of times that the valet trash person didn't show up, or your trash is not picked up. THE RACCOONS TEAR YOUR TRASH BAGS ALWAYS AND TRASHES ARE EVERYWHERE. In this case, the valet person will not pick up and you have to take care of by yourselves.

Pictures are MAJORLY enhanced! The place isn't bad (or just not my cup of tea) but the pictures look nothing like the apartments. All the material in the apartment looks fake and you can visibly see all the repairs done by maintenance.

I met with Sarah for a tour of the property and a unit. She was very personable, understanding, and overall very helpful. I'm still looking for a place, but so far it's on a short list of places I'd move forward with if I can make the timing and numbers work.
