I wanted to like this place and the work the stylists did on my hair as well as on my family members but I was extremely disappointed with the high price they charged my family members who got silk presses considering their hair did not retain the style even after the next day. We won’t be coming back because getting our hair done took a pretty long time and we were charged a late fee of $25 for arriving late - and I understand this is a business and the stylists’ time is valuable but we already paid a $25 deposit and then were also asked to tip. If my family members were satisfied with their hair, that would be one thing but their silk press did not last and wasn’t what we were hoping for.

Walked in looking like Chaka Khan and desperate! Laya heard it in my voice and saw it! She stopped what she was doing, took me right on and tamed this mane! Slayed crochet to perfection! Even educated me on different styles and how to properly take care of my hair. First time customer, but will definitely be back. Great Clean Shop, Great Prices and Great Vibes!

I came in last week and made a same day appointment with Rika for a hair emergency! My hair was incredibly knotted after a beach day and after trying to handle it myself I realized that was not happening. Rika took her time with detangling my hair which I thought would be impossible. After a few hours, a conditioning, and blow out I left insanely happy and grateful for her skills! I recommend this salon go anyone and I Will be coming in again for my curly hair needs!

This review is late but the service I received still makes me happy when I think of it. I worked with Rika I had a real challenge for her. My hair was matted and tangled, locing in places. She was able to see what I was trying to do and fix my crown. She was efficient and quick all things considered. I expected to be in the shop for hours, 2 hours later I was walking out the shop happy detangled and feeling great. Thanks Rika for your outstanding service.

Love I enjoyed my experience. The stylist took me at the last minute, my braids are beautiful and K took her time, she was so friendly, I felt like I knew her before. The salon was clean and nicely decorated, I was entertained with meaningful conversations and movies. I was impressed how fast she braid the waist length extension. I paid for small braids, got small and medium. Went back for maintenance that they offer. Paid 150.00 for the stylist to put medium braids, 14 of them now they did look nice. What do I know, I'm not a stylist, 3 days later, all the new braids slipped about 1inch. I was informed by one of my co-workers that the reason the braves slip is because is because the braids that was at it was too big for the hair it was attached to.grant it, I did wait a couple of weeks to reach out to the salon but I was torn about going back and having the stylist touch my hair. I'm not here to bad-mouth the owner or the company, but I wanted her to know that she lost a good customer because of my experience.

Thee F'ing best, I arrived laya was my stylist she was ready personable and very informative. I recommend 100% do yourself a favor and go to this shop.
