Kohl's, Boynton Beach FL

I love it. Came there on the 7th or something like that. Easy lines. And Easy to find stuff. Met a really great cashier. He didn't force me to get a card. Next time I see him I will. I think his name is beji or something like that. I just know he's tall with a dark skin tone. I even let him keep my kohls cash. I recommend it.

Good prices, fitting rooms were OK, store was messy with clothing on the floor, purses strewn all over the shelves.

Great service and prices offered if you can make it safely across the parking lot and into the store. My wife and I were crossing in the crosswalk along with a car that never stopped. Once we made it safely into the store we had a great time shopping.

Went in to drop an Amazon return, got a 20% coupon so decided to shop a little. About a dozen (very nice and welcoming) employees walking around, yet there is a mess in some of the areas I visited (toys, kitchen, big & tall). Got a jacket, had to get another one that actually had tags for the cashier. Then the cashier rings more than double what the electronic price sign says, and looks puzzled when I mentioned it. Nice store, mismanaged resources, 1hr of my life wasted, and I still don't have a jacket.

Decent store with selection of brands that I like. Too many games with coupons and discounts to keep track of.

I found the Manager, Jason, and the clerk, Denise, most helpful. They both treated me with respect and kindness. Jason even went on line and ordered an electric shaver for me that was advertised in their flyer but wasn’t available in the store. Needless to say, I shop at this Kohl’s and highly recommend it.

I think this Kohl's is nicer than Macy's. Definitely upscale, but the prices are unbelievably good. Just moved into apartment literally across the street. Think I got at least 50% off everything I bought for my place: shower mat; door mat, etc. Somehow, they make their check-out quick and painless. Staff is very friendly, and I'm not talking just one or two people. Like it so much I even opened a charge with them, although I'm cutting most others out, but know I'll be in there to buy, buy, buy. THIS IS NOW MY PREFERRED PLACE TO SHOP.

I like the store it’s self but they allowed someone to open a credit card up in my name and it’s been hell trying to fix this! The staff is helpful but it’s a Corporate issue.

Went to Kohl’s to return an Amazon item. There was a map on the front door forcing me to the back corner of the store. I saw the return line for Kohl’s items then saw the Amazon line which was super short. I was so quick to return my item and I got a 25% off coupon too! The process was super easy.

Stopped in to return an Amazon package. The employees at the service desk were extremely helpful. They were professional, kind and courteous. They made the experience painless. Great job!

I’m not sure that people are aware that You can return any items from Amazon at any kohl’s location. I usually go in the evening when it’s not busy. As soon as they scan your return item, you usually receive a refund Within an hour.

I get frustrated when all I can find is "winter" clothing in a climate of 80 degree plus weather or when shopping in the ypung girls department and clothing are misplaced or price signs are confusing.

Walked in to make a return from Amazon. Waited in line, the long Christmas shopping g line, the long last minute Christmas shopper line. Was looked at by several cashiers prior to my turn. Got to the register for them to tell me
I needed to go to the far back opposite corner of the store to do an Amazon return. NO Signs, no one helping with the line. Asked to speak with a manager back at the Amazon returns (they were very friendly) the manager could not care less. I will not shop at Kohl’s. I was so irritated that I didn’t bother looking around for something else I just needed to leave. If it wasn’t for the return I wouldn’t have gone and now I won’t go back. I’ll pay the extra or just keep it going here isn’t worth it. I don’t know how they are still in business.

Prices are high. Went in for some underwear for Hubby, man $40.00 for 6/8 pairs of briefs. I left & went to Walmart & purchased 9 pairs for about $22.00. Oh, at Kohls, it was buy 1 get next pack for 50% off. Still too expensive for my taste.

I purchased a few Playtex bras to pickup in-store today. At first I was pleasantly surprised that my order was ready for pickup in less than an hour. After I got home and opened the package, one of the bras was apparently used. Even though it came in the original package, it had a Kohls inventory tag attached to the bra itself, and the fabric was scuffed in a few areas. It was apparently used and washed! This is something that should have been on a clearance rack, and not sold to a customer at full price. Pretty skeevy knowing Kohls sells used underwear, I will never buy these products from Kohls ever again. Now the inconvenience of having to return to the store: (

A few days before Xmas 2019 the store was not very busy.we were able to get what we had on our shopping list and finished within 45 minutes.there were no lines at the cashiers and received all advertised discounts.ho ho ho!

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT KOHL'S IS, I ALWAYS FINE A BARGAIN. I DON'T SHOP HERE REGULARLY. TODAY I PURCHASED 4 POLO SHIRTS FOR MY HUSBAND, THAT WERE 60% OFF AND TWO PAIRS OF SHOES FOR MYSELF. AT CHECK OUT, I GOT TEN DOLLARS KOHL'S CASH. HAPPY SHOPPING.

Ordered online and picked up in store. Only negative is I still had to wait several minutes while my items were retrieved from somewhere other than the designated pick up.
