Kohl's, Jacksonville FL

Central location clean store. Not many were wearing masks however it was like a natural social distance rule. My cashier, Tia, had an awesome demeanor very customer oriented!

I love this store. The cashier was very helpful as I applied for a kohl's credit card. This place is my go to store for almost everything.

Love this store. Best clearance anywhere and the sales are amazing. Regular prices are high but you never have to worry about it with all their coupons and sales.

I love kohls for my daughter! But I can't help but notice Im Followed as I shop. I have a freaking kohls charge card for sake. Bartram Park location don't do this to me.

I like this Kohls location. Super Neat and clean store. LOADS of parking! Amazon drop off location. Staff was courteous and ready to help. And.its not busy! If you can shop there during the day? It's so nice to shop in an uncrowded store. Huge selection in clothing. Have fun shopping ladies. Located in a great shopping location.

Very neat store. Many items. Men's, Women's, Children's clothes & towels, pots & pans, sheets, etc. Stop in & see for Yourself. Great Staff. Lots of discounts too.

Terrible service never come here again, bought a $50 dress, came to return and only got $17 back. Yeah never coming back.

This is a really nice store. Never very crowded and plenty of accessible parking. Good sales. This past year covid really impacted their inventory. Hoping it will change over the next months. Worth a trip.

Really like the prices and quality of all the goods bought at Kohl's. Especially during Thanksgiving. The Kohl's cash definitely is a delight which can help buy a lot more items.

The lady that helped me pick out the aquamarine birthstone jewelry with my daughter was a pleasure to deal with. She did a great job and my daughter really enjoyed the experience picking out something special for her mother. The associate provided a wonderful experience and was very pleasant and interactive with my 3 yo. She made it fun!

I always thought Kohl's was a very expensive store to shop at and I never understood their coupons/Kohl's cash. I absolutely adore their home decor and do purchase these items here, but I don't typically come for clothing unless I need new shape wear, which they normally have great brands. Store is clean (consistently) and never looks dingy like other clothing stores can. Staff is always friendly.
I think its awesome that they have an Amazon return area. Makes like so much easier.

This store is very well stocked and maintained. Displays are orderly and items folded and not piled everywhere. As a whole, I wish the women's section were as simple a shopping experience as the men's with shirts filed and sale prices easier to find.

My boys love Kohls, my oldest loves Anime and they have a variety of shirts for him. My youngest loves athletic apparel and they have a wide variety as well as shoes.

It's after the holidays so they are a little sparse but still have some amazing deals. I was gift shopping for birthdays and the ladies were so courteous! For me personally I think the biggest thing that stood out was I made a couple purchases and forgot some other items and they pointed me in the right direction and as I was walking away I asked, "Should I leave these here" and they said, "You can take them with you or leave them up front here so you don't have to carry all that around with you. " Little things like being treated well go a very long way. I wish I knew the names of the ladies who helped me but they were amazing. I will definitely be back again! P. S.stock up on clothing gift boxes in your Hallmark section as that is always in demand. You have some really great people who work this store!

The staff were super helpful as usual. The size selection was not the best. They always seem to be out of the same size clothes all the time but extra of the same smaller or larger sizes.

I can’t try on a right foot tennis shoes until I have paid for it? That’s just amazing and the first time ever to hear such thing! Only good thing is the Amazon kiosk!

They Have an Amazon Return location inside of Kohl's. I don't know if this is all the time but I did 2 returns and on both occasions I was given a 25% off coupon to use in store.

It's Kohl's, do I really need to describe it. However, changing rooms are closed due to Covid-19. But returns are currently available for 6 months.

I don't like their clothes but I like the Yankee candles that was on sale. We where greeted at the door which is nice. Only a 3 star because a lot of customers without mask.
