Kohl's, Lady Lake FL

Shopping here is a nightmare. Customer service not great and items scattered all over the store. NOT ORGANIZED! Im so happy not all Kohls managers let their stores get this way or i would never shop at any of them.

The A/C was good (important here in FLA) the store was clean and had adequate staff and was well laid out. Just a quick in and out looking for a few items on the shopping list.

I ordered online today and found some clothes that were in stock at the local Kohl's store. I ordered them and I was confirmed by my email that it was ready today for pick up at the store. To my surprise this store did not have the clothes in stock and I made the long trip for nothing and was told by the manager that it was cancelled without notifying me. What a waste of time and gas! Not my store for online shopping any longer!

If you find yourself shopping at stores and wondering where the traditional customer service has gone when associates and managers regularly went above and beyond to help in everyway possible they are Eris, Scott, and Gail; among many other friendly associates at Lady Lake FL Kohl's location. They truly go out of their way regularly to ensure every customer is helped and given all assistance necessary at their store. I wish more stores had the privilege of such great management and trained, helpful, empowered associates. The type of atmosphere that is fostered at the Lady Lake Kohl's should be a model that is implemented company wide.

Men's doors closed for entering and exiting. My husband can barely walk and needed to get tennis shoes before being fitted for a leg brace on Monday. Parked in handicap spot and had to go in ladies door and walk the length of the store to get to show dept. No one there to help. Had to walk length of store to leave. You could have put half your cashier's at men's instead of all at women's. Very disappointed in Kohls.

My go to place for all my female undergarments. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable and product is great.

I really like the price of jewelry here, especially when it's on sale and you can use Kohls cash and coupons at the same time! The staff are always friendly and helpful.

The store was very clean although sparse with products. Check out was fast & easy. No lines. Not very much products to chose from. Employees very friendly & polite. Got what I came in for though.

The merchandise was a mess! I have never been in a department store such as Kohl's and seen clothes thrown around on almost all the shelves and hangers. Walked out with nothing and doubt I'll go back.

Great products, but the wife and I waited for literally 20+ mins to just check out. Watch as 4 different employees just kept walking around. Lmao

My mom loves shopping here. The store is always organized and clean and the staff are very friendly. Since it's a pandemic I'm extremely pleased with the safety measures they have in place. It's also super easy to get your stuff picked up at with the "curb side pick up" service.

In my past if I was close to 100.00 the cashier would let me know so I could purchase something small to meet the $$ amount to get the extra Khols cash. But this time nothing was said. Not happy. I only needed $4.20 I almost asked her to cancel the order and ring it back up!

I wasn't too happy with my first experience at Kohl's. They evidently have a shortage of help. So until u get in the long line to pay chances are u won't find any one to ask questions of on the floor. All fitting rooms are closed due to the virus, which is understandable.however, since nothing fit of course, I returned the following day to possibly exchange for different sizes. I stood for quite a long time in the only line I saw only to be told I was in the wrong line and needed to go all the way to the back of the store for returns. By then I was sweating and no longer felt like shopping and there was no place to sit. So I left and I don't have any plans to return.

They carry the clothes I like. Some of the checkout ladies could have better attitudes. "Mhmm" is not a good response when I say hello to you.

My granddaughter had misplaced her phone and wallet in a cart the associated were extremely kind and helpful in the look for it. We had given up hope and went to go back in to give an associate my number in case it had turned up, thank God she spotted it in a cart. But truly was very impressed with the amazing help from the employees.

I needed to make a return to Amazon for damaged merchandise. Kohl’s does Amazon returns at no charge. In less than a minute they had taken my return and printed a receipt. Very fast and efficient!

The Amazon return center is awesome. It is super covient, user friendly and fast. The costumer service is great too and you get 25% off at Kohls for making a return. My only complaints is there T shirts sizes were littterally all size small, they had no Hoosiers that weren't walking advertising, and a huge show selection just hardly ant shoes for men. They have a great jeans, selection and professional selection and if you take the time you can get a great deal in the clearance section.

I dropped into Kohl's to drop off some Amazon return packages. They not only gave me my receipt for the packages promptly, they gave me a 25% discount coupon good on almost everything in the store. That's great marketing!
