Kohl's Tallahassee South

If you don't mind being a walking advertisement for brand name clothing and accessories, this might be your thing, but it's not mine. 60 dollars for a polo style t- shirt? No thanks.

I'm a loyal Kohl's shopper, however I'm growing more and more disappointed by this store. Since the pandemic, this store has been repeatedly poorly stocked and dirty. The escalator and or AC is almost always broken. I appreciate that they're growing their maternity section (Its nearly impossible to find any maternity clothes in stores anymore!) however the Plus Size Women's section is pretty poor.

I had a return for Amazon, and it was so easy as I did not have to box anything up. When I did the return, I got a 25% off coupon for something from Kohl's. So, I think it was a win for me as well as a win for Kohl's as I did buy a really cute shirt.

A quick shopping trip. Sale prices and selections are great. The staff, for all the hustle and bustle of holiday shoppers, remained courteous, cheerful and helpful with a wonderful Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays after the sale.

Directions were great. We couldn't find a rug that would fit with the decor. The location had lots of choices to shop but nothing this time, we will shop again.

Kohl's has a huge selection from clothing to houseware. It is a little pricey but what you get is well crafted and can last awhile. They are provided great deals with Kohl's cash and big sales.

Actually one in particular employee was VERY rude! Asked her very politely where the customer service desk was and she turned to look at me with a face and mumbled vague directions. When I stated I couldn't hear what she said, she was very short with the directions. So if it is your 1st time visiting Kohl's in Tallahassee and you need help to find a department inside the store? You might be better off either wandering around and try to find it on your own or just keep going to another Kohl's and try that one!

Very friendly and helpful staff with a massive selection of clothing options and shockingly expansive cookware section as well. However, the items here are very overpriced, not worth even looking at unless on sale, which brings them more down to an average price rather than a sale price. Fortunately, most everything is typically on some sort of a sale here. Still, the way it is listed with continually having to do mental math to apply the sales figures to the listed prices can get confusing and is very non-consumer friendly just to make you have the impression that you're getting some sort of deal, which you're really not. Their Kohl's Cash and Yes 2 You rewards programs are very nice, but also confounding in that they are only offered in certain circumstances on certain days seemingly at random. Overall, it is a very good clothing store once you know all the little tricks to it, but that is a process that simply should not have to be done.

They need to really study their return policy since it’s right on the back of the receipt. Their corporate is awful since they never answer their phone either. Most employees are great but only one register most the time at peak hours suggests they don’t really see the traffic they should.

Had a group interview with Diane she is a assistant manager there. Great group of candidates super good responses to the questions being asked. I hope we all get selected for the seasonal contract for Kohl's.

I love coming here to get discounted men's dress shirts and ties. I really hate that like most fashion stores there are many more items available to women than men. Supply and demand/ discrimination. Tomato/Tooooomato.

'More cashiers needed in the Men's Department' was a commonly-heard announcement over their intercomm.

Once again, capitalism at work. They hire as few employees as possible to keep the store open, but not even close to as many that they need to help customers. The products were extremely disorganized, and difficult to shop. I don't see myself going back there

Nice staff and sales but prices too high and difficult to find sales people with sufficient knowledge of what's in their department area.

Make sure the prices is right a lot of miss priced stuff sticker shock when they rung it up watch each item.

Great store, products, sales, customer service, and environment. The store is pretty clean and I always feel welcome. I've rarely dealt with any rude staff in years of shopping here which says a lot. One of my favorite places to clothes shop and on a budget. Kohls cash and their card discounts help a lot!

The visit was fine.wife found & purchased a beach coverup.they no longer carry charcoal filters for cuisanart coffeemakers or, if they do, I couldn't find them and no one a round to ask.

If there isn't a sale going on, you are not at Kohl's. I love shopping here when there's coupon and Kohl's cash offer.
This location is clean and organized. I actually shopped online for a robot vacuum and earned Kohl's cash. Came here to spend the Kohl's cash because I don't want to pay for shipping.
The store also accept returns for items purchased online. Very nice!

I love Kohl’s. Standard place for clothes that are nice but also affordable. Plus random other housewares.
