Very unprofessional and not dependable. They call call and text multiple times to confirm your appointment and charge you if you miss it. I was scheduled for an MRI they called several times to ask questions and confirm the appointment. What happened? After missing two hours of work which we need badly, I get there and they tell me they canceled the appointment and never informed me and cost me money and time! I only hope my insurance will let me go elsewhere

Would recommend Dr. Arcos as your pain management specialist! Able to establish rapport with him due to his excellent bedside manner and clear outline for diagnosis and treatment!

Dr Fuchs was very welcoming. He answered my questions with a lot of knowledge and took his time doing so. I had a very positive experience.

Dr. Arcos has great bedside manner during an injection. Same is true for the X-ray tech. Very thorough during office visits procedures. I walked out of the office after the procedure and haven’t felt better in months.

The entire Korunda staff is absolutely amazing. They are so caring and thorough and they make you feel like your pain really matters to them. For over 10 years I went from doctor to doctor being treated most times like I was a drug seeker and it was so embarrassing, humiliating, and uncomfortable that after a while I just gave up and tried taking natural stuff that still left me in so much pain. At Korunda they LISTENED to me when I told them the things doctors had tried in the past.and when I told them what did work. I can never thank them enough for the way they deal with people. I truly love them.

Everything was explained. Possibly just a few seconds longer for the initial anesthetic to work. Result seems good so far.

They are very friendly, the wait is short, the people are awesome and the service is excellent. I would recommend Koruna Pain Management to anyone the needs their services

Dr. Fuchs and the staff at Korunda pain management are absolutely wonderful. On my injection day, the staff from the medical assistant, the xray lady, the gentleman that set me up for my procedure were Excellent, kind, compassionate! Dr Fuchs Is so professional and kind. He is the best in the field! I highly recommend Dr Fuchs and his staff!

Friendly staff, Dr took his time examining me, came up with a plan and explained everything. Also set realistic expectations. Couldn’t be happier.

Dr. Fuch is so knowledgeable. He is a fantastic doctor and a star in his profession and a great patient advocate. Andriana is very good. I like that she is understanding and compassionate.

Where things fall apart miserably is calling for help. I made over seven calls to get my scripts sent to the correct pharmacies last week. One didn’t even make it to the correct pharmacy.

I called today stating I had a Question for Andriana. I also called to say there was a mistake in my prescription today. My mistake was not mentioning that I was running a fever today.thinking I’d hear from Andriana or someone else. I wanted for a call.

I made more than several calls even leaving a message I had a question for Andriana saying there’s an error in my script. Some one answered. Asked if I would hold for a brief moment. It was a while. Someone else picked up and said, l oh Melissa. ” Next thing, without an explanation the phone was ringing over to an answering machine for me to leave a message.

I know the young women are all very nice there. I feel badly that they seemed to be understaffed or over worked. Nonetheless, t’s terribly difficult to get through. If Dr. Fuch wasn’t such a great doctor I’m not sure I’d stay at Korunda. It’s terrible when you can’t get hold of someone.

This was my first time with dr. Fuchs. He was very friendly, sense of humor which I like. We will see in on my fellow up if he hit the right spots.

Staff was excellent and very helpful. Dr Scott Fuchs was super. Explained everything that was going to happen and stated every step as he went through the procedure. This was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Dr Scott Fuchs.

The staff; medical and administrative, were excellent. They were professional, caring and instilled a sense of confidence and trust. I would recommend them to friends and family.

David is an excellent physical therapist. I have worked with him over a 3 years while we dealt with back and knee issues.

Online check in process is relevant and efficient. Preappointment phone and text reminders are helpful. I was seen exactly on my appointment time. My PA Natasha was great— knowledgeable and professional. Checkout procedure was efficient. I can’t recommend one thing to make the process better. Of course, the most important thing is that Dr. Korunda is helping my pain issues. I can golf again!

I saw Dr. Blair for PT, and hve been seeing her for awhile. She is quite knowledgeable and teaches in a way that is easily understood. I have an unusual problem in which she treats in new and different ways. The entire staff is very nice to work with.

Dr Korunda is A very good doctor. He cares about about his patients and is very thorough. The staff is very friendly and takes care of buisness. I highly recommend korunda medical center

My appointment was with Dr. Crane who recently joined the team at Kurunda Pain Management. I was impressed with level of care I received.
He had reviewed my chart prior to our meeting and was well informed of my health issues. I found him to be pleasant and professional and I was able to establish a good rapport with him immediately. I highly recommend Dr. Peter Crane!
