In my time of extreme need, Kraeer Funeral Home, especially Hannah, was not only understanding and sympathetic but also kind and very helpful. The services for my Beloved Husband, who passed suddenly, left me in a position of uncertainty and instability. With their professionalism, kindness and understanding, I was able to get through this most difficult and horrible experience. The service was more than beautiful. Everyone who attended was impressed with everything especially how my Husband looked. I can not thank Kraeer's enough.

Wonderful from start to finish. Long time clients. I buried both my parents and everything was seamless and kind. The place is beautifully decorated and calm. People are so very kind.

The staff of Kraeer, from the front desk, to the funeral director Shante and the family service folks, Claudia and Amanda, go out of their way to help ease the burden of a very difficult time.

We have been using Kraeer for a very long time now. As always, very pleased with our services they offer. It had been some time since we needed them (thankfully) but this time they did something new in the room and decorated it for us with all of our moms favorite things. It was completely unexpected and brought us to tears. Thank you Kraeer for first class service always.

Our family unfortunately had 2 funerals within 4 months for my parents and both times they exceeded our expectations. My mom looked as beautiful as she did when she was with us as well as my dad. It was a pleasure working with all the people at Kraeer in a unpleasant situation they totally made it a less stressful experience. All the rooms had the video slideshow playing and the detail of themed props they used for what there loves and likes were right on the mark they took the time to find out who they were and helped recreate there lives. We chose a dove release it was so beautiful and nice way to say goodbye to my mom. I highly recommend to anyone to use Kraeer if you want your loved ones to be taken care of with love and care.
