Krazyfish Grille, Port St Joe FL

Got seated at 7: 30 took 10-15 mins to get our drink order, waiter was a nice guy. Ordered appetizers and after 45-50 mins we just cancelled them since they didn’t show up. After an hour of waiting for the food they brought it out several of the plates were barely warm, I had ordered blacked grouper and got one bite into before I realized it was raw. Waiter verified it was raw and took it back, and told us he had a talk with the kitchen. Again he was a great guy but whoever was running the kitchen it was a train wreck. Maybe it was just an off night but we won’t be back.

Excellent service, food, and vibes. Matthew handled our group along (with other large groups at the same time) like an absolute pro. Best coconut shrimp I’ve ever had also. 10/10

I will never be back in St. Port Joe again if I can help it. There is a reason not many people travel here and now I understand why. Unfortunately because of such a small town, there are not a lot of food options. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 30 mins to an hour to PCB where they have more of an edible food selection. This restaurant was recommended to us by locals, and it's really not their fault because their food palate was ruined by this restaurant. The restaurant name gives it away because this restaurant experience for me really was Krazy. I have never been so shocked by how staff treated us last night for dinner. The food took hours to come out, and the crowd wasn't that bad honestly. The waitress gave us major attitude and slammed our bills down when we asked for our check 2.5 hrs later. The other waitresses were seen gossiping about our table because all we did was simply ask for drink refills and our checks which I believe is the bare minimum. My friends order was completely wrong, and the waitress sat there and argued with us saying "oh well that's too bad I'll see what the manager can do". She came back and said the manager could possibly take a few dollars off. After we personally walked up to the manager she was apparently told a completely false narrative of the situation. Luckily the manager could see our frustration and took off the meal after hounding and pleading and was probably still hoping for a good review, but nonetheless I am here to tell you that this restaurant needs a serious attitude adjustment. After hours of waiting for the food every single person in my 11 party group had either cold, dry, or wrong orders. The only positive thing about this experience were the fans outside. We will be driving to PCB for dinner today. I am extremely disappointed I paid $45 for a terrible experience. I want to kick myself because I did not read the reviews but now seeing them many other people agree with me and have had the same horrific experience. I hope this restaurant really can change around because it could have so much potential to travelers. I know all I will be seeing below is "I'm sorry for the experience, and we will try to do better". Clearly y'all do not care about your reputation, and you have proven yourself correct again by all these other reviews and make no changes. I normally do not feel this strongly to write reviews but felt very compelled to do so in order to potentially save someone from their misery and their wallet. I hope you can take this constructive feedback and see that change needs to be implemented immediately.

We went to Krazyfish yesterday for lunch. Everything was great. We had great service and the food was excellent. We will definitely be back.

I typically only leave good reviews but I unfortunately have to change that. I've typically gone here for lunch and ordered the peel and eat shrimp. They are absolutely amazing! I had a buddy and his wife drive up from Tampa, I ranted and raved about this place, so they were very excited. We got there yesterday afternoon around 5: 30pm. We sat inside and I'm assuming the A/C wasn't on, it was hott. We waited 20min and had to find the person who sat us to find us a waiter. She said they had an issue tonight and the waiter would be with us soon. At least another 10min went by and finally we got our drink order in. I had a feeling that things were going to be different so I ordered 2 beers instead of one. 5 min later regular drinks came out, another 5 and my beers showed up. To my disgust they were warm.anyways we made our food order and waited another 30min for food. The food was ridiculous, a $20 cheeseburger that should have been $3, chicken tacos that were completely bland, grouper and rice bowl that had rice that could crack a tooth. While eating we had no less than 59 flies on us. I won't list the other food that was served as it is a waste of my time. The bill was over $250 for 4 adults and 2 kids who shared a meal, I would have rather gone to the st joe taco bell and spent $37. Krazyfish, please get your stuff together or we won't be back.

Tried to go here. Stood at the door for 12 min before even being ACKNOWLEDGED. Manager stood there with his arms crossed and locked eyes with me multiple times and made no effort to help us, or even say someone would be with us. Multiple servers walked by and ignored us as well. Eventually a girl walked out and greeted us, and when we said it would be 8 of us, she said “well we have lots of 10 and 14 tops waiting to be seated so you’ll be after them. It’s going to be at least an hour and half wait. ” There was NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON waiting to be sat, except us -_- so we left. Terrible terrible service & management, don’t waste your time

I had my family out for the night and ended up at the krasyfish restaurant the whole night an never got food. From 6ish till almost 9: 30 we waited until I have to feed my kids I’ll never set foot in this place again

Need to update your internet menu. It says oysters. Staff not sure of this either. Actual seafood was good but grits and slaw are tasteless. Tonight the restaurant was about half full but it took a long time to get orders taken and food brought out.

Do not recommend. Just stopped by for dinner. The hostess stated, “Oh, you’re a party of 5? That will be at least an hour wait. ” Before we can even answer whether we wanted to wait or not she continued by saying, “Im going to be honest with you, most of our servers just left because they got sick. ” We immediately got the vibe that our business was not welcome. We left and found somewhere with a much better vibe. We expected to wait wherever we went so that was not an issue for us. I wonder if the owners know or care that the hostess is basically talking people out of eating at this restaurant.

Great atmosphere, live music and the food over exceeded my expectations. Request Matt as your server!

Food was good. Server was awesome. Plenty of parking. There was just 2 of us, so no waiting.

As soon as we sit down the waitress was rude to our party. Then, we had to wait 15 minutes to receive our drinks. It took an hour to receive the food because the order wasn't put in for 30 minutes. We had to get up to ask for refills and our checks. Finally, they tried to charge us 20% in gratuity for the terrible service and sub-par food. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences we've ever had.

My wife and I ate there on Saturday night. There was a wait for a table and the bar was full but the patio area was open and we sat right down. Magnolia was our waitress. She was great, friendly, and helpful! It was our second time there and the food was great! The fish taco’s or the blackened grouper sandwiches never disappoint. The St Joe Rita wasn’t special but the Pineapple Pirate is good and a substitute for a rum runner, the Providenciales Rum Runner has butterscotch schnapps and I am not a fan of that. We will be going back on our next trip. Advice for large groups: call ahead and get a reservation!

Awesome outdoor patio. We had the fried shrimp and it was delicious. We will definitely be back!

I took my family to krazyfish last night. Even though the restaurant was full with a bit of a wait we received awesome service and great food. The food was hot, fast, and delicious. Our server was attentive, kind, and informative. This will be a spot for my family every year!
