Management and an employee had an attitude about my phone inquiry regarding a refund on a simple transaction, very unprofessional interaction. 2 stars because the food and coffee was good at least.

These doughnuts are good but if you want a special offer they are guaranteed to be out. Spring minis were never available, now they advertise strawberry glaze for 4 days only. Went this morning.guess what they don't have any.waste of time for any type of special

I went through the drive through today at this location. I had two fundraising coupons for free dozen glazed donuts. I was told I would be able to use them both at the speaker. I get to the window and the young girl tells me no I cant use two. When the other young girl came over she said just make it teo transactions. It was going good then the manager who was at being overwhelmed with all the business started rushing everyone and took my donuts and was very rude rushing them out the window to me and she was trying to rush the girls. I said calm down what's the rush. The manager said well I have people yelling at me from the speaker and they are upset they are taking to long. I had to stop the old lady and remind her that I just spent money and am a customer myself and I'm feeling rushed and disrespected. This old lady should not be in charge. She needs a chill pill and a less stressful job. Worst experience ever at any Krispy Kreme location. Someone should sit this lady down and have a chat. She has no business being a manager with subordinates if she cant keep a donut shop running SMH!

Simply put, sub-par service. Arrived closecto closing and no coffee available and donuts not tasting as fresh as they could be.

My husband's addiction, unfortunately or fortunately far enough away that he cannot make it a daily drive. I had to stop him from opening box and eating right in front of store.

Love Krispy Kreme, love taking the kids here to see a little mini factory. The line was crazy today and blocks the door. I had to order online while in the store because I had 3 little ones with me. Not sure how to improve upon that, I was glad to have the online ordering option though.

Dear Manager, FIX YOUR COFFEE MACHINE! Donut shops NEED coffee options. It's like a car needs wheels! That is get a vendor out in 24 hours to fix situation, not wait three weeks! Rep was nice and patient while we picked out dozen donuts. I had to go somewhere else for coffee. I'll be very honest. I love Krispy Kreme but if I'm getting a donut for my family and employees, I want good coffee too. I will go to a competitor to get both at the same time.
