When the hot and ready sign is on, their donuts are amazing. I'm not a fan of them after they have cooled off, but they are great when they are fresh!

My wife and I visit this place regularly, having consistently enjoyed our daytime visits. However, our experience tonight was far from satisfactory. Arriving at the drive-thru at 9: 39 pm, we were met with a car ahead of us waiting for an extended period, after which they drove off angrily. As we sat in line for 10 minutes without any response, we observed the staff cleaning up, giving the impression they were preparing to close early. I walked in to inquire whether they were closed due to the drive-thru experience. The employee informed me they were closing in 20 minutes and continued their closing tasks without further acknowledgment.

The overall customer service during this evening visit was unacceptable, a stark contrast to the positive experiences we've had during the day. It could have been a tough night for the staff, so I have empathy for that. However, I wish we would have had a better experience.

I failed to call the store to confirm a specific order I had place early in the morning during rush. I came in later that day after Sunday rush when specialty donut are typically sold out by then. Erica went out of her way with her staff to make a fresh batch just for us. Very kind people!

It’s a modern Krispy Kreme. I’m glad that there is one in Fort Myers. We need way more. There is a window were you can watch the donuts on the band. But I would turn the table so you can see the doubts under the glaze fountain.

King and queen of donuts. They would make Homer Simpson proud. My favourite is raspberry filled with original a close second

Went there. They was out of almost everything that I tried to order. Donuts were cold. Seems like the red sign is never on anymore. Really disappointed in that visit.

We love the doughnuts at Krispy Kreme and took the kids. They were excited to pick out their favorites and we bought an assortment. This store has the doughnut production line behind the counter, but it was not running during our visit. My suggestion is to call ahead to see when the line is running because the best doughnut around is a hot and fresh glazed doughnut right off the production line after you see it being made.

Update your hours… an employee also walked out and completely ignored me when i asked him if they were closed/closing (this was before 10: 30, drive through hours say until 11)

On multiple occasions we were served cold coffee and just now we ordered two dozen donuts, get up to the window and there's five employees standing at the window, none of them open the window to speak to us and over a minute but instead are sitting there laughing together. One wearing gloves and another not wearing gloves, the one without gloves shaking hands with the one wearing gloves and laughing making jokes. We decided just to drive off. Its a shame.we love the food but this is ridiculous

If you wanna sit there and wait for your donuts at the window when one cars ahead of you don't go

Ms. Carolina greeted me at the front counter, gave very helpful recommendations, and was courteous with my allergy needs.she is very sweet and made my whole experience worthwhile.

Last time I spend my time and money at this spot After waiting for over 20 minutes in line, ready to take a bite to find out the doughnuts were cold. Service is always mediocre! But at least before when it was first open the doughnuts were hot and fresh. I rather go to Publix and buy me a box of donuts and heat them at home.

I drove an hour to get a 1/2 dozen strawberry glazed donuts the cashier said “they ran out of the ingredients that they didn’t get a lot”

It's krispy kreme.who doesn't love donuts? Only thing i will say is the drive thru window is pretty flat against the wall so i didn't see where it was and nearly drove by it.then my car wasn't close enough to the window to get my order properly which was a bit embarrassing.
