Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Winter Park FL

Freaking hot mess. No key lime donuts because of production issue and no chocolate glazed. The whole reason I went there

Ordered these off of the website to be delivered and was very disappointed! All the the glazed doughnuts in my box were undercooked and still mushy on the inside! All the other ones i picked out were cooked okay but this shouldnt happen! I usually love this place but now i’m worried i’ll be given undercooked doughnuts!

This is the first time that I've actually ever tried Krispy Kreme. I noticed as soon as we pulled into that parking lot it was unusually packed for what I'm used to seeing at a donut shop. They also took tape and made notes and covered the items that they did not have available which I thought was extremely useful and professional and convenient for all their customers coming through. They were able to help me with my order efficiently and they also reminded me that a specific variety pack I've ordered comes with 16 donuts to ensure that's what I wanted. They greeted me with a smile the service was rather quick and the price was fair for fresh made donuts. It was one of the best donuts I've ever had and I think it's really unique that they have special flavors like key lime pie and Island themed Donuts. They also have a mini series where they make individual miniature donuts and they sell them for a discount in packs and I thought that was cute and they come with a special box and I think that little things like that that are offered are what make the place a little extra special and it shows that they do want the quality of their products to show the Integrity of their work. I would definitely continue to do business with them.

Team members were friendly and was offering the young kids that came in a free mini warm glazed donut. Quick service and who could ever have a problem with a Krispy Kreme anything.lol

I really wanted to try the local sweets, we found a donut shop they were delicious, wonderful people sold us the freshest donuts, thank you very much.

The girl at the register was a little rude and was rushing us the whole time. Donuts were great as always

Wish I had a location closer to our home, but this place is great! Have even worked with the manager to do fundraisers for our school PTA. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, too! Every employee I have encountered appears hard-working.

Good! I don't really like the donuts here (unpopular opinion), but I tried the donut holes today and they were delicious! Yay!

The place had several puddles. The staff were not too nice. And the hot fresh donuts were too sweet (more than other Krispy Kremes).

It was amazing, and really awesome to see the doughnuts on the conveyor belt, but now I feel fat

Honestly throroughly disappointed. I live by the Krispy Kreme in Melbourne florida, the donuts are always fresh and wonderful. We went at 10pm and they were out of donuts and coffee. What donut place runs out of donuts when it’s supposed to be open 24 hours. Not to mention the donuts we got that they did have were old and crusty, not even worth one star. You should be ashamed.

Not bad. I liked the festive holiday donuts. The original glaze seems to be my all-time favorite no matter what creative donut ideas they come up with.

Went for the buy one get one for a dollar. I waited less than 3 minutes maybe spent 5 to 10 minutes in line. Super quick and super friendly. And do I have to mention that they're delicious? Coffee is actually coffee, you taste the coffee. I would go back if it wasn't so far

It seems as though this Krispy Kreme knows when we are coming because the hot and fresh light is always on!
The staff is friendly and nice. They are helpful whenever they can be.

We love watching the doughnut conveyor when the hot sign is on. Its mesmerizing and the hot doughnuts are my favorite.

The Winter Park Krispy Kreme on Mills Avenue (U. S. 17-92) has always had great service, and those wonderful Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, and at clean easy in & out location, and my other half, the coffee connosuier, says the Hazelnut coffee there is the best she's ever had.
We Love Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, you haven't lived until you experience them, and the service day or night is excellent!

Very unhappy stopped in at 2 pm did not have cinnamon rolls. They promised they would have some by 5pm.went back they said they weren't making any at all. Really sucks.

Waited40 minutes inside the store just for 2 dozen glazed. I left, got in my car and went through the drive-thru instead; was done in 5 minutes. Need a better system.
