I was not happy with my experience at this office. Didn't advise me that they did not take my insurance, and that they were out of network. Really didn't appreciate that because about a month later and now I get a bill from my insurance company stating that I owe this office over $400, that's not including the $200 the office made me pay when I was at the office initially. So now I'm paying $600 to an office that didn't seem to have the decency to let me know that they were out of network in the first place. Really felt like this office really didn't care about me as a patient, and just cared about getting my money. Don't recommend at all

This dental office has been exceptional in my teeth care. They have gotten my mouth on track and my gingivitis and sensitive gums are now gone. Rafael is a great hygienist and his coaching on my mouth care has gotten through to me and I've finally changed up my habits to brushing and flossing 2 or more times per day and using mouth wash twice a day. This has been monumental in improving my mouth health. The next step for me will be getting Invisalign aligners once I'm out of debt. Lupita is an awesome and friendly receptionist and has been a joy to interact with over the past 2 years of visiting this dental office. I've had many changes in dental insurance and was needing to come every 3 months for cleaning until my recent improvements which now allow me to wait 6 months. For these reasons I have interacted heavily with Lupita and she is great. You will have a phenomenal experience with Kristine Marshall's office, come here for your dental care!

They charged me about $200 for my service as opposed to the $15 copay I normally pay for a cleaning. Apparently they are doing this because insurance pays the customer faster than doctors. I had to call my insurance twice to get it figured out.it was an unnecessary headache and left a bad impression for a first time client. Also the entire visit was a sales pitch for Invisiline. I have updated my review from 1 to 3 stars as the office called me to address each of my complains (two of which I was in error).

I can't speak highly enough about the staff, the location and the quality of service I have received at Dr. Marshall's office. I recently completed my Invisalign treatment and not only was the process seamless but it was also a pleasure interacting with the staff. The office is also very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Dr. Marshall is always present and very friendly as well. Highly recommend.

From speaking with them on the telephone to setting up an initial appointment to the entire treatment process, they are attentive, kind, patient, talented, and extremely knowledgeable. The office is beautifully appointed, relaxing and they use incredible technology during their procedures. I cannot tell you how excited I was to hear that Dr. Marshall was back in business. For years I went to dentist after dentist and never found anyone who could compete. I love everything about her practice and her amazing staff. And the new facility is absolutely beautiful! Cannot recommend enough.

I got a microneedling treatment by Dr. Kristine Marshall. Even after just one treatment, my skin improved significantly. I had acne scarring on both sides of my face, which I have tried to clear with facials, chemical peels, and topical creams/serums over the years, but the skin texture remained rough. Just one session of microneedling cleared it almost entirely! Under good lighting, I can see a slight difference in texture where the scars used to be but it is not visible otherwise. The rest of my skin plumped up shrinking pore size and reducing fine lines around my eyes and mouth. This treatment penetrated far below the surface of my skin increasing collagen production in a way which was considerably more effective than years worth of surface level treatments. I highly recommend Dr. Marshall for anyone hoping to diminish acne scars, fine lines, or to simply take years off of your skin.

Had full mouth restoration. Dr. Marshall is by far the best dentist I’ve ever visited. Gentle, painless, extremely professional and efficient. Modern office with all the latest equipment for treatment. I would give her 10+

The guy who answered sounded high and acted like he didn’t know what insurance was.

Even better they were only accepting urgent calls, when I enquired about new a new long term patient.
