My husband and I hired Kristy as our day of coordinator for our wedding at Sydonie mansion on 9/30/2023.

We highly recommend her. Kristy was so pleasant to work with and answered all our calls, texts, and emails. She is knowledgeable about all things wedding. Planning our wedding from a different state would not have run smoothly without all her help! She truly did some amazing and wonderful work with getting or wedding all set up. Not to mention her willingness to get in touch with all the vendors for us.

Both Kristy and her assistant were super helpful on wedding day as well.

Kristy Rapp was my sons coordinator at their wedding. She was so detailed and on top of everything. I was able to just come to the wedding and know she had it all under control. She made the day drama free! My husband appreciated that we were able enjoy our sons special day without checking on everything. Everyone should have her for a coordinator!

Kristy did such an amazing job getting everything together for my wedding. Through the whole process she gave wonderful advice and helped us figure out how to bring our dream wedding to life! On the day of a didn’t have to worry about a THING!

After we got engaged, we didn’t know where to start- until we met Kristy. She was soo helpful and kind throughout the planning process.

She was very responsive to my many calls, texts and emails and even replied on her day off. She always had advice, referrals and recommendations to make our day exactly how we wanted it.

The day was on time, everything was setup better than I imagined and I was very impressed with her calm demeanor and coordination for our wedding day, everything was perfect from start to finish. We couldn’t ask for a better planner to make our day one we will always remember!

I am so happy we chose Kristy as our wedding coordinator! She did an amazing job guiding me throughout the planning process by providing personalized to-do lists and helpful information/resources relevant to my area, such as vendor recommendations. There were so many little details that I would have never thought of if it weren't for her expertise. She was personable, responsive, and knowledgeable.

Our wedding day seemed to go perfectly - either because it was planned out in such detail that everything was accounted for, or because Kristy was able to identify and correct any issues that came up without me needing to be involved. Either way, we owe that to Kristy (and her assistant!). She was attentive to us but was also able to direct and coordinate all of the vendors. She did a fantastic job of setting all of my décor out exactly as I'd envisioned.

Kristy is organized, talented, and professional and the expertise she offers with her services are invaluable! I would recommend Kristy to anyone planning a wedding!

I would not recommend Kristy Rapp as a wedding coordinator. I got married this past weekend at Sydonie Mansion, and had a beautiful wedding with so many wonderful vendors that put together our dream wedding. Unfortunately, Kristy was not one of them. She was one of the two day-of coordinators available to us on the required vendor list, and the venue manager recommended her over the other coordinator, so Kristy was who we hired.

What went right:

- Her assistant Shelly was awesome, professional and polite and went above and beyond

What went wrong:

- Kristy very rarely answered my and my mom's calls on the day of the event, but texted us immediately after having an excuse not to pick up, even when it was urgent.
- She interrupted our first look to ask a question for something we had outlined with her during a meeting prior, which meant my parents missed seeing the first look.
- Guest books were not moved to the reception like we asked, which resulted in them not being used as much as we had hoped
- Despite in her contract not being responsible for catering items, Kristy directed cocktail tables meant for the reception to the cocktail hour despite clear instruction of where they should have been placed (we even drew her a diagram during our last planning meeting for her) interfering with the caterers ability to carry out what was outlined in their contract
- Multiple guests and wedding party members had negative experiences with her, describing her as rude when simple questions were asked
- She managed to break multiple cake and dessert plates while packing them up afterwards, despite protective wrapping prepared for her (which she had balled up and stuffed into an empty box) ; we had offered to do this ourselves but she insisted
- Kristy helped make the decision to dispose of thousands of dollars of centerpiece flowers in the trash without consulting us stating "they were dead" despite them looking fine minutes before pack-up; when asked about what happened to them, we were given multiple separate versions of what happened to the flowers (?)
- Did not show up to the rehearsal but sent her assistant with incorrect information
- As I was walking to change into my reception dress, I overheard her say my ceremony was "awkward" to the staff, which I feel was rude and unprofessional
- Lacked accountability at any step of the process and attempted to bully us with multiple emails to take down this review

I would not recommend Kristy to anyone that wants their day to run smoothly, their guests to be treated with respect, or who values their property. I also want to mention that all of this information has been sent directly to Kristy as a chance for her to explain and improve, and she stated that these things were "out of her control". I am posting this to hopefully prevent other brides from having the same negative experience.

I do not know what I would have done without Kristy’s help. She is knowledgable, patient, and extremely helpful. I hired her as the “day-of” coordinator, but she went above and beyond by helping throughout the entire planning process as well. She answered countless text messages, phone calls, and emails. On the day of, Kristy and Shelley did all of the work. I didn’t have to worry about anything. They are an incredibly efficient team. I loved every part of working with them!

We hired Kristy Rapp Events for our wedding for her day of coordination package, and she did soo much more than we expected. Upon booking we received a wonderful planning startup email and she periodically checked in on us and offered assistance. We had 3 in person meetings to go over everything in detail- it was amazing! Plus she even offers a complimentary inventory of stuff you can borrow for free. On the day of we truly got to relax and enjoy every minute, We couldn’t thank kristy and her team any more - it was the wedding of our dreams! Highly recommend her for your wedding day.

Kristy was so helpful with our wedding planning process. I don't know what I would have done without her. She thought of so many extra things and small details that I would not have on my own. She was very organized and definitely kept us on track. Everything went perfectly as planned on our big day (although I probably wouldn't have even known if something went wrong). I would definitely recommend Kristy. Her prices are also so reasonable for the value of her services!

I would NOT recommend Kristy Rapp, I hired her for my daughter’s wedding, to be honest I hired her on the recommendation of the venue. It did not take me long to realize why they recommend her; she works for them not the person who hires her. I wasn’t very impressed leading up to the wedding day, lack of communication, I would have to send more than one email to get response, always had an excuse as to why she didn’t answer the first email. On the day of she was no help at all, (and we paid for an assistant for day of). She will tell you all she will do, but then do nothing, she never stepped foot in the bridal suit to see if we needed anything, she ruined the gag first look by not knowing what was going on, she was no where to be found during the reception. Anytime I needed her she was in the “private” part of the venue sitting on the couch chatting with the venue manger. When I would ask her why something wasn’t done, I found out later she lied to me more than once about things. She did not take any stress off me or the bride. She made the night way more stressful than it should have been! VERY UNHAPPY for the money I paid compared to the service we got. She is not a people person and does not go with the flow on anything, if it isn’t her way, she is visibly upset and seems to shut down and not work along side you any longer. I will say I had two daughters’ get married three weeks apart at two different venues (this being the first). I waited until the after my second daughter’s wedding to write this, I wanted to compare her to the other coordinator we hired (the one the other venue recommended) and I will say hands down Kristy was not even in the same ballpark as White Rabbit Events (and they were less in price). Jennifer was AMAZING and made this wedding stress free, and fun! Hire Jennifer with White Rabbit Events you will not regret it, is all I have to say!
