Kroger Fulfillment Center, Groveland FL

The first couple of times I used them they were great. The last two times they were late. Last week one hour and this week 45 minutes in and they have yet to arrive. Called customer service and they were very friendly. Told me I was looking at one hour to an hour and half before arrival. No Thank You. Maybe I’ll try them again maybe I won’t.

Prices are good and the phone app is easy to navigate and order. I like the little blue truck showing up. It's temp controlled and they are pretty good at hitting their delivery window. I'm surprised at how many they have given the service area. Everything has been well selected, meat, poultry, produce, frozen (which I don't want delivered from someone's personal vehicle), even their canned brands are good. If something ever goes wrong they'll fix it. I was missing some gas points once and they gave me double. I get gas at a participating station on the way to work and it's usually a pretty good discount. Usually. 30 -. 40 but once it was. 10 and once it was a dollar. The face price is around what everyone else in the area has. I can get good steaks. Granted, their not Rick's, but close enough I don't have to driver all the way to Lithia (I do sometimes, they're terrific). The only thing is they are out of stock on things I want sometimes, hoping that will get better. Still 5 stars.

They seem to be getting things together. MORE items available and delivered. Keep up the great work.

I would just like to say how impressed I am with Kroger delivery here in Florida! I am from Indiana so was very happy to see I could still buy kroger products but I didn't realize how absolutely wonderful the delivery service would be. Every single truck that has delivered has been driven by someone beyond helpful and nice, my orders are always correct and rarely have substitutions. I really could not be happier with this service and just wanted to let you know!

They have amazing meat and vegetables. Absolutely beyond pleased with this and will continue to keep buying groceries like this. Quick, easy, and painless.

Ordered for first time, with delivery this past Monday. Food was fresh, delivered ontime, driver was friendly and courteous. Better than any grocery delivery service i have ever used. I am a fan! Two items purchased cost less than sams club, Aldi or walmart. I would rate higher, but there are no more stars available!

Fast quick delivery, good prices. Love Kroger! I am visiting Florida for three weeks from Michigan, I’ll be buying all my groceries from here while in Florida, come to think of it I buy all my groceries from Kroger in Michigan too ️

I am so pleased with Kroegers home delivery service. Most prices are fair, Drivers are kind, groceries are fresh. I will be a lifetime customer. It beats the crowds

I was pleased that Kroger do their own deliveries and we started using them a couple of months ago. Everything arrives fresh and cold and on time. Their delivery drivers are courteous and they take care with the groceries when they leave them. I have no complaints with their order online and delivery services. I did have a question I contacted customer service with and was pleasantly surprised at the speed I received my reply. We purchased the boost membership.

Our delivery driver was J, such a pleasant ray of sunshine. Love getting our Kroger delivery orders it’s so convenient. Thanks J for a very pleasant delivery.

Second time ordering from Kroger. Amazing experience both time we will continue to use Kroger delivery weekly.

A good idea. A work in progress. Some efforts need to be made to get this grocery distribution to an A+ level.

Horrible experience with Kroger delivery. I placed and order of 17 items and my total was $27. I was expecting to pay $27 for 17 items. I didn’t receive 7 items. I was charged $30. I was charged more when I received $15 in items less! This is ridiculous and unfair as a customer. I placed the order because I had a coupon and magically items are out of stock and make the coupon invalid. What’s even more absurd is these items that were unfulfilled still show as in stock on the ordering website. SCAM. Literally robbing people and stealing their money and when you contact customer support they won’t help you. Steer clear of this service, so many issues. I would’ve cancelled the order if I had know this would happen but I wasn’t made aware of the issue, the delivery delivery driver didn’t even mention items weren’t fulfilled so when I opened the bags and noticed almost half of my order gone I had to chase the driver down the driveway thinking they forgot a couple of bags. Frustrating experience today. Won’t be using this service in the future. I’m praying that the second order I had placed today before receiving this one will not have any issues. I hope I don’t have to expect another issue with receiving less items and being charged more. That should never happen no matter what “policies” are in place as the representative told me “you made a mistake not being aware of our policies” customers should have the comfort of expecting a good experience without reading through pages and pages and pages of policies. Crazy.
