Kruk's Philly Steaks, Naples FL

Ridiculously overpriced! Don’t eat here if you’re actually hungry. It’s $9 for a super greasy half Philly steak but an additional charge for onions and peppers so roughly $11 for a sandwich that can fit in the palm of my hand. It does not come with any fries or a drink. It’s an additional $6 for a basket of frozen crinkle fries. Don’t get me wrong, they are decent but 100% NOT worth the price you pay. If I’m gonna be paying $20 for a sandwich, I’d rather go to pastrami dans! (Naples OGs will know!)

Awesome! I have even there twice! Friendly service, good portion and hot. Unusual but last time I drove about 1/2 hour and no microwave needed as it was perfect temp. I'll be back!

Extremely overpriced. Low quality bread. This is not the place for cheese steak. Charlie's inside of Walmart is better. Which is sad to say.

If you’re a fan of Pat’s steakhouse in Philly, then you’ll surely enjoy a cheesesteak from Kruk’s. The steak was finely chopped and the proportion of bread to wiz to onions was near perfect. It tasted like a Philly Amoroso roll, which added to the authenticity. Quick service when I went at lunch time during the workweek, place gets busy, but tables turn over pretty fast.

This is go to place for cheesesteaks better than Pat’s… Friendly, fast, and great moist real cheese… Go Eagles

The sandwich was OK, not great but I thought it was overpriced. I paid $19 for a sandwich chips and a drink Employees were very nice and helpful. Because of the pricing I will not return.

First time ever having their Philly cheesesteak and it was delicious! The bun was fresh and the homemade old bay chips were the perfect side. The owner and his son provided first-class, family-owned service. We will definitely be back as a warm, steak and cheese sandwich hits the spot!

This place is top notch! I obviously love the cheese steaks but truly Chad goes above and beyond for his customers! I will always be a loyal customer at this location! Thanks again chad for always coming through, you are the man!

I’m giving 4 stars cause I like John Kruk. If it were not for him it would be a 3 star review.
I’m from Pennsylvania so I’ve had my fair share of cheesesteaks in my day.
I got The Kruker which is just a cheesesteak with onions, mayonnaise and ketchup. Had to ask what’s on it cause the menu board doesn’t say.
Here’s my two cents on this cheesesteak:
1. Good quality meat in the sandwich, but way too skimpy on how much was in the bun. Either add more more meat or use a smaller bun and drop the price from $12.50 2. Flavor was great but as others have mentioned it was a little too greasy. 3. I think they get the rolls from Philadelphia to keep it authentic but again as others have mentioned the roll tasted a little stale and hard to chew. If this was a $7 cheesesteak I’d keep my comments to myself but at $12.50 I expected better from a place that “specializes” in cheesesteaks.
Fries were spot on. Cooked perfectly and had great taste. $5.25 for a serving and it will feed two people. At $2.79 for a fountain drink (Coke products) it should come with an autographed John Kruk baseball card We went on Sunday and received 25% off our bill so that was a nice surprise. We didn’t have to mention anything, the girl behind the counter told us we would receive the discount. Must be a Sunday special. Would like to see a combo meal on the menu for a sandwich, fries and a drink. Service was good from the younger staff behind the counter. One suggestion though would be to bring all the food to the table at once instead of one cheesesteak at a time followed up with our fries. Store was clean with some Phillies memorabilia scattered about but it definitely could use a little more Philadelphia decorations to support the name of this place. Maybe have a TV playing the 1980,1993,2008 or 2009 World Series the Phillies were in. This place has potential. Just needs some minor improvements if it’s going to last a bunch of years.

The place was good in the past. The last two times the bread was stale and old.
They think by heating the bread up makes it fresh again.
Last time for me.

60 dollars for 3 sándwiches that we're not worth 10. My wife sandwich came without any toppings at all just chicken no lettuce no tomatoes no onion just bread and chicken what a joke

Wow! Definetly a great place to the staff is exceptional thank you guys keep up the great work I truly hope the owner is taking care of them!

Expensive, but the only place in naples that doesn’t manage to jack up a basic cheesesteak. Thank you!
