Krymwood Flats Wynwood

Hotel was clean and beautiful, easily accessible my hotel room was close to the entrance so I had no problem carrying my luggage.parking available in the back. Hotel room had all the amenities and the location is perfect right by Wynwood walls and close to all the stores and restaurants.

Pros: I stayed at Krymwood Flats for a week, during a conference. I loved that it was walking distance from where I needed to be. The room was sufficient for my needs and they were responsive to my request like extra towels and checking on the fridge. The wifi worked fast and it was helpful for doing some work there. There's also a front lawn area with chairs, so you can do some yoga if you wanted. The area is really cute with street art and it was relatively quiet.

Cons: The shower curtain was placed above the shower step, so water poured out everywhere while I was showering. They responded to my request and fixed it the next day. There's some outdated furniture, but with the affordable price point and me being out and about all day, it didn't matter to me.

Coming from Canada, My experience at Krymwood Flats has been amazing. I stayed for 9 days and I was constantly being checked up on by the staff, given recommendations for food spots, and all my inquires were answered within a hour. The place was very clean, no issues with bugs, and the location itself is beautiful. Everything is walking distance, and the graffiti around the city was fun to check out. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you! I really appreciated the daily check ups on email and everything I requested (blankets), I got the next morning. Amazing service, thank you again.

Jason, David and Vien were super accommodating and attentive to ensure my stay here was clean, comfortable, and provided numerous recommendations for dining and visiting in the Wynwood area. It seems like a lot of the negative reviews are older, and maybe there was a problem in the past but my studio was clean with fresh linens, fast internet and everything I needed for my stay. For the location the price can't be beat with restaurants and the Wynwood Walls are all within a few minutes' walk. For anyone seeking an inexpensive boutique stay while visiting Miami, or need a quick short term rental between leases/travels, Krymwood should be just what you're looking for.

We had a very good experience staying here for the night. The place was easy to find, the parking was just behind the building and the room was just perfect!
We definitely recommend it to anybody that wants to stay in Miami!

I stayed here Sept 30 - oct 3rd 2022. Check in was easy. I had requested for a room on a higher level upon my arrival and they quickly accommodated me into a new room without any hassle. Also I wanted bathroom to be cleaner, they sent a cleaning service first thing in the morning. So very happy with their customer service. Apts were nice and cozy. Will definitely stay here again.

Listen to the other reviews! Room was NOT even close to as nice as the pictures. Did not feel safe especially as a solo traveler so I never even stayed for my booking once I saw what it was. But if you can deal with getting what you paid for with dirt cheap pricing then it might be the place for you.

This spot is conveniently located near all the nighlife of wynwood and a great value for the price! A/C worked great and the room was clean. This was my second time staying at this property and its now my go to property for when i come to miami every few months

This place was disgusting! The walls were dirty. The sheets on the bed were dirty. There was a huge roach in the shower. The wall sockets were falling out of the wall. There were several holes in the walls. This was not a safe or secure area with little to no outside lighting. AVIOD THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I am now out of $1100 because we could not stay there. It felt very unsafe! They refuse to refund our money.

The Wynwood location was great and my stay was fine, minus these issues:

1. No washcloths were provided
2. The unit had a moldy smell
3. The bathroom light flickers when you turn on the bathroom sink.
4. The bedroom window had no blind, only a see-through curtain
5. Parking lot is very tight and hard to back out of when it’s full

Booked by mistake.
Contacted them to cancel the reservation
They told me that it was ok and I need to contact orbitz
Orbitz told me that they denied the refund.
Orbitz issued the refund.

This place is a scam and does not belong on hotels.com. After I booked and paid for it via hotels.com the property emailed me a form to fill out stating they don't have any staff on site to check in with. The form requested that I upload photos of my picture ID and my credit card - everything someone would need to commit credit card fraud. I refused and called hotels.com, whose rep.said I didn't have to send the credit card and ID pictures. They called the property management company who refused to refund me. I called them and they hung up on me. This place isn't even a hotel. It's an old Overtown low-rent apartment building. Do not book this place!

I sent Jason and David messages all night about how the room Was literally not the same Jason said it looked fine to him. There’s not much to say just look at the pictures. I went out and came back in late to lay down only to fall out the bed. It wasn’t until I told him I’m not some young minded little girl and I would take him to court did he refund the next day. He also called me to apologize (fake) and said he’d give FULL compensation. Then denied my claim again. Please don’t book. I hope someone with authority sees and goes to tear it down. I wish I took pictures of the entrance and how to get in it was high grass and a wooded area not outside lighting for my room or any room close to me for that matter.
