I have never been to a dealership that actually cares about helping you out and doesn't pressure you until I went here. I got a very fair price for my trade in and a great deal on my new car. Mr. Jack was a pleasure to work with and was so considerate to our needs. If you need a new car this is the place to go!

I went into another dealership for a used car and was barraged with offers to buy new which is not what I wanted but Rick Lavendar, was a great salesman. I went in there wanting a used Tiguan and I got the perfect used Tiguan for me. Rick was also fantastic to work with, no pressure, no BS and very very helpful.

I came in to get my VW Tiguan serviced. I had the privilege of working with Eric Hatter who did everything possible to ensure I had a good experience. My parents live in Texas and he called them to explain everything that was going to be done and make my parents comfortable that I would be driving safely after the repair. Very kind, professional and helpful. I am so glad I was able to work with him throughout my experience at VW Kuhn. Thank you Eric, you're awesome:)

Kuhn VW sold a car I was buying to someone else AFTER I paid 100% cash for it. Absolutely awful experience with this dealership. I am not local to this dealership but they assured me they can ship a vehicle or hold it for 2 weeks when I would be in the area if I paid in advance. That was fine with me. I inquired about a VW Atlas on February 24th, and sales person sent me great pictures and we came to an agreement on the price. I sent over all my information including driver's license and insurance and wired the money on February 25th since my bank was already closed by the time I received all information to transfer the funds. I confirmed with the sales person that yes they would hold it for me until March 13th no problem. Two days later on February 27th the sales person calls me and regrets to inform me that the dealership sold the car to someone else and it has already been driven off the lot. Again, keep in mind I have already paid for this car. I talked to the general manager, Christina Flores, and she won't tell me when this other person paid for the car or how it was even possible that this car was sold twice. She did say that this has happened before but clearly they do not have a system set up to prevent this. They did nothing for me in terms of finding me a replacement vehicle and I'm still searching for a car. In addition, I had to call back a few days later because they still had not refunded my money. I left a message for the owner to make him aware of the situation and he did not return my call, which leads me to believe this dealership does not care about their customers or how they are treated at all.

Travis and Austin helped answer every question or hesitation I had and made sure I was completely satisfied before making any decision. The experience is always smooth at Kuhn.

By far one of the best customer experiences from any dealer. I thank Anthony Guzman, he's great at what he does and made the DIFFERENCE! Anthony understands people first! Thanks also to Andre Negron for his expertise in showing me the technical setup of my new car. I love it.

I worked with Austin Roche from start to finish. He was a pleasure to work with. I wanted the process to be efficient and straight forward. He listened, quickly understood my needs and went to work on meeting them. Austin was able to help me put together a deal for trade-in and purchase that was everything I wanted. The Kuhn advantage of tinted windows, VIN window etching, protective coating and more was value added. I would definitely buy from Austin again.

I showed up on a Saturday morning hoping to get a good deal on a new car. Noah greeted me soon after at we began talking about what I was looking for. Just a few hours later, I left the lot in a brand new Tiguan. Noah was an excellent resource for the purchase. He helped negotiate the deal I was looking for. The process was seamless and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

In September we were fortunate to have met Jade on a visit to the dealership. Although we did not purchase at that moment, her genuine nature and her enthusiasm for her product made us promise to contact her when we were ready to purchase. Today was the day and she could not have made the experience better. Her manager was also extremely forthright in negotiating the deal. They were a great team and we are happy customers!

After looking and researching all of our options for car buying, Jade and the team at Kuhn VW, made everything very smooth and professional.
Jade is very knowledgeable about the Atlas and is very personable with her way of work. Mr. Campbell was very nice and helpful in this experience. They were both a pleasure to do business with. This experience was a positive hassel free car shopping day. We will be back.

So i was interested in buying a subaru wrx here, the sales manager told me i would not be able to test drive because it was a specialty car lol. I just came from test driving a 2017 GT at jerry uhlm. Why would i buy a car and not test drive it. Ridiculous. And then i told him that.and then i was able test drive it and he later admitted he had someone interested and didn't want the miles to go up. I recommend jerry uhlm service is outstanding.

If I could give no stars, I would. Terrible service. I called in just to ask a simple question and was transferred around to 5 different people, left on hold for 15+ minutes and was given attitude when their employees kept sending me back to the receptionist. If you're looking for good customer service, this is not the place for you.

I bought my car here and enjoy the experience and continue to get my car serviced here and Tim is extremely helpful.

Rid off Timothy heil service advisor he no need to be there working worst service advisor I ever met

I leased with them 6 months ago and traded in my old lease. The deal was they were supposed to assume my last 3 payments and I would walk into my new vw lease. To date they have not paid off my last lease and no one at that office returns my phone calls. VW credit is threatening me with collections while this company does nothing. Never again will I do business with them, this has been the biggest headache.

Great customer service, and the service department is very friendly. I took brought my car in for service and they took really good care of it.

My experience with sales when I bought my car was good, and the service done to my car has been ok.
My only issue with the dealership is the service advisers up selling and coming up with some outrageous prices on work that is not needed.
Dealership is ok but service advisers lack integrity.
Kudos to the people that wash and clean the cars after service, they do a great job.

We bought 2 cars from them, sales was great but the service department needs a lot of improvement in customer service.

Deceptive in pricing. They put a lot of fees of which they can't explain themselves. Stay clear shoppers! Or ask for final price before making the trip.
