Great hospitality, and they got us exactly what we needed for our film production. The office set ups are beautiful and the products they have there are of great quality. I recently worked with Briana Smith on a large order that was under a great deal of time pressure. Briana worked with me very closely as we went back-and-forth designing the final product (some ended up being custom to meet the requirements) and delivered EXACTLY on time.

Bri was wonderful!

I had a problem with trying to get a cylinder off the base of my chair, and she did her best to contact me with warehouse guys to get that fixed on the spot. I was trying to get that off with a hammer for days, and she helped me with the problem in just a couple of minutes.

Props Tony and his coworkers that were there today also, I couldn’t have been helped without everyone’s help.

Bri went out of her way to advocate for me as a customer, and I have nothing but respect for that.
