3Out of town on vacay and decided to take a class, so glad I did. Cristie was a great instructor, she was so kind and generous. Hands down best class I have taken.not just saying that ;)
This studio has so many positive vibes & energy, I just can’t get enough. They have awesome warm Vinyasa flows with Mark L, Cassie C. & Jessica which I love because it hits every area of the body while stretching & strengthening the muscles.
Animal flow with Ziion is intense with agility, so it works every muscle along with focusing the mind.
Gabrielle’s inferno Pilates class is out of this world focusing on abs, glutes, ad/abductors, hamstrings & Quads while focusing on breath. You’ll want to check this out.

KULA is a really nice studio, and Cassie is an excellent instructor. I would feel confident recommending Kula to anyone looking for a good class.
