Kutchey's Flowers in Key West

Disappointed. I spent over a $100 and my son and his bride received mostly greens.
Sorry, but I was disappointed in their "Deal of the Day" and the "upgrade. "
I had called the week before but they were closed and recommended another shop. They didn't even say, "If you call again tomorrow, we can do this. " The next day, I ordered off their website.
I was happy with the time frame.
Update: Within an hour or two of my review, the Owner called to ask how to remedy my disappointment. She explained the arrangement and its popularity and why. She told me about the tropical emphasis, which I appreciate very much. I would try them again to see how it goes.

The delivery driver was amazing because I gave her (by mistake) the wrong address. We communicated back and forth several times until I was able to give her the correct address and she successfully delivered the flowers.

These guys are the real deal. When no one else could complete the order…. They found a way. The driver sent me a text with a photograph of the flowers on the porch when he delivered them. The quality is amazing. Will definitely use them again.
