As an agent I find this office to be very welcoming. Staff is approachable and education opportunities abound.

We appreciate the services provided by the office, which deserves a five-star review here. However, we had a disastrous experience w/ one of their representatives - Yimei He.

We worked w/ Yimei in 2021 after we decided to purchase this property. The initial process was expected to be very easy given that we had already made up our mind. She showed limited knowledge on the process and the community, let alone negotiation skills. We regretted that we hadn’t paid enough attention to those early signs, which created a disaster afterwards.

Once the initial sales agreement was signed, she started refusing to provide any service. We were thrown into a horrible situation until we got in touch with her office. The branch manager rescued us by assigning another agent Howard Serena to help. Things eventually turned out to be fine with KW office’s help. Later we learned that this doesn’t just happen to us. Quite a few other families who signed the contract with her had the similar or even worse experience.

Therefore, we decided to share this experience so that there are no more victims due to her extremely poor service.

RUN away how fast you can while you can. After you sign with them you are. Unprofessional, rude, worst behavior like they own you. No phone calls back, no emails or texts back.
Our agent Adam with his father the Broker signed when we got in agreement and when he took his money. Hard work 2 signatures for $13,000 and great job doing.doing. NOTHING.our recommendation:
DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM OR THIS LOCATION Lakewood Ranch. If you do it.you feel it later. Good luck experiencing our pain and stress.
