This company is an absolute joke. Do not order from them, they are quick to charge your credit card, and Ralph said the part was shipped Fed Ex and he can't find the tracking number. 2 weeks now and still no part to get my gate working. $3700.00 for an operator and it has been installed for 4 weeks now and I still can't use it.still waiting.

WARNING: do not use this company.i ordered a viking access swing gate opener kit from them.the kit came with a photocell that did not go with the system i ordered.we spoke with tech support from viking and they called Ralph and informed him that it was the wrong photocell. Ralph assured us he would overnight the correct one.after repeated calls and emails i have still not recieved the correct part.i have got nothing but a runaround from him.he claimed that the part went out fed ex ground but said he couldnt find the tracking number.he has flat out lied everytime i have spoken to him. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Annual is great to deal with and very fair. I highly recommend them for full service gate fabricatio and installation

Unreliable. Ralph told me my phone order would be shipped same day FedEx. They shipped 2 days later USPS.

Used the "Buy It Again" function to buy a remote from them, as I wanted the exact same one as I had purchased twice previously. Got something totally different. I contacted them through Amazon, I received an email with an excuse about the wrong item, and a phone number to call. Phone number has a COVID message telling me to email another email address. I did so with pictures and gave them multiple methods to contact me. Never heard from them again.

I love this place. My order is delivered so fast, within a couple of days. I live in California. Fast and reliable.

Called 3 times now about a bad part and everytime the guy says hold on 1 second.to never answer the phone again. Now will not answer calls from either of my phones. Horrible customer service.

Payment cleared, no parts. They cannot find the order after I emailed it to them 3 times. Now they do not answer to my number. I will not order from them again and must resort to legal action to get my refund. Stay away!

I guess you cant give 0 stars but should be able to. First they don't disclose that there are no returns you find out after you pay and get an invoice emailed to you. Second you better hope like hell all your stuff works because if it doesn't good luck finding out anything back from these clowns. Best thing I can say is look some where else if you are a private individual unless you get everything in writting up front. If you still decide that this is the best place for you then best of luck to you. Your going to need it

Don't waste your time with these guys. I ordered a sliding gate off their website recently. Well it turns out it was a swing gate (even though It was labeled slide gate). They make me pay to send it back, but then send me a return label after I've sent them the tracking info claiming they tried to get a return label for the mistake. Well I get the right gate without the radio transmitter a week later. I call them to find out that they wont send me the part I paid for because the manager apparently puts them in the box himself. Then tries to haggle with me saying he can send me remotes but no transmitter. I have all the emails proving false advertisement, overpriced parts, and terrible customer service. WILL BE REPORTING TO THE B. B. B.
