La Bamba Mexican and Spanish Restaurants, Fort Lauderdale FL

Hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant! Specifically this location. Service and food is always amazing! If you want authentic Mexican food in Fort Lauderdale, go to La Bamba! You won’t be disappointed!

Ordered delivery. We received half of the order. We had to wait another 45 min for the rest of the order. They didn’t send anything extra to compensate or didn’t offer a credit or nothing. Terrible customer service. The food was not good. Will not order there again.

Very delicious food awaits you here. Chips and Salsa was addicting. The burger with guacamole is amazing. Must see it for yourself to know.

I had taco salad, chips, salsa, iced tea. Food good service good. A little pricey on the food; drink prices are outrageous! $60 for lunch for three and that included tip. No $10-$15 margaritas!

If I coukd give it 0 stars I would. Service is slow, order was lacking all ingredients. Appetizer of super nachos consisted of 7 or 8 tortilla chips, just a terrible experience. And for it to be labeled Mexican and Spanish food should be a disgrace to anyone of the Hispanic or Mexican culture because it's not even close, DO NOT RECCOMEND

Service was very good. The menu however is lacking to say the least for a Mexican restaurant. It's a poorly Americanized menu which doesn't offer standard Mexican fare such as queso blanco, Jarritos bottled soft Drinks, Tres Leches cake, nor Flan for dessert. I was also surprised by their early closing. We were the last table sad at 9: 30 p.m, which appears to be unusually early considering it is the high tourism season in December in South florida. Perhaps an 11: 00 p.m. Closing would be more proper to get in more diners, and turn a higher profit for both the house and the staff. Hardly would anyone would consider to be an authentic Mexican dining experience.

Boss took the office here for Xmas last year - was great then. Excellent food and service still - and much lower price than expected.

Food was not as expected. A deception as we drive almost an tho get here. Customer service was just okay. If you want to taste Mexican and you are used to good Mexican food this is NOT the place to go.

Haven't been here in a couple of years and thought I'd try it again. Vast improvement in the quality of food! 3 of us had dinner and each dish was very good. Our server was seasoned and service excellent. I'll put this back on my "regulars" eat places!

Food was good. The kids with us got a quesadilla and I think that looked better than my chimichanga! Very quick service and friendly staff, I'd come again!

This is always a go to restaurant for us, the chips are always fresh and the food is always consistently good- bonus service is always good. We love Mexican food.

Excellent Mexican food. I recently went to Cabos, Mexico and had authentic Mexican food. This place took me back to my vacation. Highly highly recommended.

I really love the food and the Margarita. I was very disappointed today with the dish I ordered to take home as they simply barely put any meat in my order. But I will not stop going there as the environment is nice and I love the food and the drinks. Hopefully this is a one time incident.

Our experience there was very nice. I had the enchilada dinner and it wasn't quite what I expected. But my two friends loved their meals; one had the Burrito dinner and the other friend ordered the steak fajita. Their meals both looked yummy! The service was impeccable! That's what made our experience there exceptional!

My friend and I sat at the bar which was quiet and most accommodating. Had couple drinks and dinner. Bartender is wonderful!
