La Carreta Miramar

I place an order via online on mother's day, I got my confirmation # rigth away they took my money. The next day when I was on the restaurant they told me that they cancel the order without any notice. They didn't gave me any option. Good job @ La Carreta in Miramar Florida

If I could give no stars I would, the manager Jasmin is SO RUDE, has NO MANNERS. She is sitting the costumers on a Sunday and she was very unprofessional, with masks is hard to understand and hear, she yelled at me the time of waiting, then when she was calling the families for sitting, we understood our name, she YELLED AGAIN and said No, i didnt say that name. How a person like that can be a manager? You obviously not can work under pressure! I dont know where is the regular hostess, she is very nice. You Jasmin need to go to a training ASAP ON COSTUMER SERVICE

Before I came here I thought that every la Carreta had great Cuban food. Stale cold bread, cold cafe con leches, and bad service = never coming back here again.

1 star for the brand name

The hostess was very rude, she let people that came after us go first, I had to go and tell her we were there first, when she let us in she pursue an argument on being a private business and the owner had his own ways to run it. The food was ok, service no so good.
It reminded me why I hadn't gone in a long time and why I won't go back again.

Was there for a late night take out dinner, I am in love with their authentic black beans and rice and of course grilled chicken breast, "Mama" the lady who took the order, is the most funny waitress I have ever met, she ordered me food on the name "Mama Mia" exactly how I wanted it

Food here is delicious. The restaurant has a historical spanish feel to it and serves some of my favorite cuban food. Their food is always timely with great service around at fair prices.

How sad, just called to place an order for pick up. I had looked at the menu earlier and I picked something I wanted to try. While on the call the person that took care of my order tells me that what I wanted was over. I asked her, can you suggest me something on the menu and she kindly responded: “ imagínate, no te puedo leer el menú ahora Mimi, aquí hay cola” (I cant read you the menu now, there is a line here)
First of all, i understand if you are busy, and can’t really help me. But you don’t have to be rude, because just with that answer you lost a client.
La carreta should train their staff to abide by the scripted responses recommended. It sound way better and educated and inviting to the client that trying to BRING YOU BUSINESS! The clients that helps you pay your bills.
Rude! Rude! Rude! So greatly disappointed.

I had a delicious late morning breakfast with eggs, ham, croquettes, bread, and my favorite cafe con leche. They are very clean and always delicious.

I’ve been eating at this location for 11 years. Now I’m moved to Weston it makes a little harder but yesterday I’ve ordered through UBER eats and today I did stop by to eat in.
My server Elizabeth was amazing. Very attentive, friendly and genuine. The only bump was my NY steak that I ordered Medium Rare and came out M plus.
I’m in the business so I just gave them the feedback and ate the meat even tho the manager offered to send it back and make a new one. I did put lots of chimichurri and it was very taste. Not juicy as I expected but it happens. I will come back once I’m around because I always had good meals here and people always treat me right. Good to see that they are still busy and still serve great food.
Make sure to keep Elizabeth, she’s fantastic.
