Always my favorite hotel for a FLL trip.
We rented nearly the entire motel for a family reunion and LOVED it! Great place for a family gathering, as we had our individual rooms, but then the courtyard to hang out together, eat, laugh, and socialize.

Checking in next door was efficient for all of us. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The kids loved being able to use the pool, or other pools in the NBV resort system.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, new furnishings, comfy beds. The suites are FABULOUS, especially for the more particular traveler; but as a family gave us lots of room to spread out into smaller groups to mingle.

Always a 5-star in my book.

I loved La Casa and all NBV resorts. I even became a regular to the hotels for about a month. Unfortunately, management isn't so great which led to having a falling out with NBV (they claim I smoked in the room - I didn't but whatever. Let them believe what they want) and I never received the refund I was supposed to get even tho I called multiple times about it. They cancelled my booking before I even was able to get into my room but still charged me full price for the whole stay & deposit. I attempted to get my $300+ back but I mostly received either no response or the front desk just handed me off to other staff who had no answer for me. Oh well, I chalked it up to bad luck and won't be returning but it was a very nice resort community when I stayed.

Very respectful, I booked through a 3rd party and tested positive for Covid, even though I had a no refund clause, they happily cancelled and refunded and did it very timely. I will be booking with them in the future

Better than I was expecting, quite frankly. The room was cute and clean. Very few available amenities on site. Would have loved an ice machine & came across other guests in search of vending. Overall, though, great for the price compared to other places nearby.

It was a terrible experience, we had been moved to this hotel and at the check in time the room it was not ready, we had been waiting for more than a one hour supposedly for a pillow case in the room, no body said nothing the personal is so lazy, this a terrible place! I don’t recommend this for anybody!

We spent 4 nights in a one-bed suite with two children. The room was clean but poorly stocked. Although, when you contacted the staff they were quick to deliver whatever we needed7. The decore was a little odd or maybe just not
our taste. The property as a whole was in okay condition. There was a pool but no hot tub at this location. Although, we could use any of the amenities at the other neighboring properties owned by this company. Would we stay at this property again, most likely?

The photos on their website look nothing like the reality. There are no restaurants or room cleaning service. The pool area is neglected and dirty. You have to go to the hotel next door to check in. Good luck finding the office! I will say the 2 check in people were very nice and helped me cancel my 2nd night I had originally booked. Hate giving bad reviews but this place is a dump.

Beautiful hotel. Variety of rooms to choose from for any budget. Quiet comfortable atmosphere.

No wash cloths in this place! Been washing up with a towel! Deplorable! Informed them 3x about it.nothing done. Won't be back

Great service at the front desk. Room was much classier than we even expected with a 4 post bed and nice hardwood floor.

This place is horrible. They canceled my reservation on booking.com as a no show even though I did check in AND PAID so luckily for them I wasn’t able to leave a review on there.
I’m not sure why it’s listed as a hotel, there is no service. You never get fresh towels, nobody answers the iPhone they have to take calls. Also an employee stole my boyfriends watch. ID never stay here again, NOT WORTH IT! BEWARE!

Beautiful property grounds, and rooms. The decor, fountains, landscaping, etc. All combine to create a romantic getaway. Leave the kids at home when visiting here.

Sofa-bed needs a better mattress. I felt the boxsprings. Very slow drain in the shower and I stayed in a different room this time. They cleaned the room only 1 day of our 3 day stay. Rooms are large. Have kitchenettes or refrigerators in rooms. Pool is nice. Patio area is nice also. Close to the beach. Close to a few places to eat.

I was disappointed with my stay here. It's bad enough that they ran out of face towels our first day and we had to bathe with large towels the rest of our stay. But the worst was when they gave our room to other guests while we were still checked in. Imagine people walking into your room with a key at 11 pm. Thank God the matter was resolved peacefully that night but my sense of security was gone making our last night restless.

This is a cute villa type hotel. Nice courtyard, A big pool along with a jacuzzi. We had the second level corner room. It was very quiet and our room was very clean. The only suggestion I would tell anyone staying here is, if you are used to sleeping with a blanket, to request one. Coming from New England to Florida, in January, and entering the room, it was a very cool 65. The rooms also have a coffee pot, but there is also a coffee shop 2 blocks away where you can walk to get breakfast. The staff here was very friendly. I would stay here again.

La Casa was a cute little place. Quiet, clean cozy little environment. Reminds me of the Keys

Nicely decorated rooms. Poorly operated and maintained. Heater did not work. No warm blankets. No phone to call for repairs. Skip this one
