They’re okay. Work orders usually get done pretty quickly but there is No property manager in the office everything is done online.

They are holding my deposit hostage and claiming that I did damage to the walls and floor when they never even fixed the problems in my unit when I lived there. Door was broken from being kicked in by previous tenant- never fixed. I had BLACK MOLD GROWING IN MY APT and they never fixed it. Window was broken, never fixed. I had 2 fridges as one was broken they never came and got from me. Half my outlets didn't work, walls were covered in holes and poor patch jobs. They are giving me the run around and trying to use my deposit to fix an apartment they never even took care of for me. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Going to give another horrible review being mine conveniently was deleted. There's hardly any maintenance that speak English. No office manager own property. You call for work orders or to let them know something's going on nothing gets done here we are into a new year in the work orders we have put in have not been fixed and they wonder why they cannot keep good tenants. There is numerous things in my unit right now that still need to be addressed and all we keep getting us the run-around but yet y'all want to keep filling your pockets full of money. Renovate the vacant units move people in and not worry about the people who's already living here I wish I could give less than a star these people only care about money. Horrible living conditions for a 6 year old autistic child to be living in but it's okay
