Me and my wife Laura are frequent custom queers of this Pawn Shop. To begin, the atmosphere is just like their name, they treat you just like a family member. Everyone, from newest employee to the Manager, are just incredibly nice people to deal with. Especially Jennifer, she is the coolest, nicest, friendliest and the most amicable employee, in which she will treat you with the utmost respect. Let me say a word or two about the Manager Rafael. He is an outstanding individual who will always do his best to give you the best deal and always with a smile willing to engage fully with you as a customer or if you are just looking around. Rafael the manager was extremely rude. I brought in some stuff to sell and was already belittling what I had before even taking a look at it. Also, the employees have no personality what’s so ever.

Called asking about some thing and spoke to Jennifer she let me know they had exactly what I needed and even held it for me till I made it to the store after work she was very helpful and nice

Great customer service and extremely nice people. I unfortunately came in right before they closed and made them stay about 10 minutes late, but they were super nice and bought both my TVs, my sound bar, and my subwoofer. Would definitely come back!

Brought in 2 monitors with the price of 200 each and the ladies that work there wasnt even fair they offered me 50$ and i felt robbed and a little disappointed and sad went out had a bad day they dont even try and haggle with u but the men their are much fair

I really needed help and I went to another pawn shop first and was disrespected by the offer for my prized items. Jennifer was personable and was able to provide a fair price. I will be doing all my business here from now on and not at the other place juuuust up the road.
