Great place. Staff and people who work out there are friendly. Staff shows you how all workouts can be scaled to meet your needs, but still be challenging.

There is always a barbell missing.

Right now there are 3 benches blocked off cause of COVID which is fine and I agree with.

But that leaves only 2 flat benches, 1 incline, and 1 decline, of which there is always a barbell missing so people are left standing around waiting for a bar to open up to use.

I’ve been a member for 5 years, please hear our requests and take them seriously, this is a very simple fix.

Please add a barbell into the rotation so that we can utilize all of the bench equipment efficiently.

P. S. Make sure you keep a barbell at the shoulder press, the free weight back row (in the corner), and the squat racks so that people don’t just take one from there and the problem persists.

Again, please ADD a barbell to the rotation.

Very rude staff especially the guy that is over-weight. I’m not sure if he is the manager but I do not recommend this gym and hope he gets fired. Staff don’t do anything to keep the gym organized. Weights are constantly on the floor across the gym and people sit on a machine for 10 minutes just watching their phone. Manager doesn’t do anything about it and he doesn’t even have his mask on properly.

Beware of Beracasa LA Fitness!

When you join they charge $125 as INITIATION FEE. Then 60 days later they hit you with an annual fee. The annual fee of $50 bucks. So to join the gym it will cost $125+50 + 2 monthly fees /

Youfit $12 a month and $45 at end of 1st year and yearly there after.

Guess I should of had my attorney look it over.

What a rip-off.

Ridiculous!

I can't describe my experience in this place. The manager who runs this place is so rude, I just wonder how LA Fitness corporate lets her manage it.

Great facility with both indoor and outdoor workout space. Coaches were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The class was well run and had a good vibe to it. Would definitely work out here again!

Dropped in during my vacation and everyone was super welcoming! Coaches were awesome and very good at helping you do the movements right! Hope I get to come visit again soon!

I walked in and they told me to put my mask over my nose. My mask was literally just sliding off my nose. The worst LA fitness in south Florida. I came a few weeks ago and it was so packed there was not one machine to use during a pandemic! And they’re worried my mask isn't fully on my nose. Everyone is rude. Don’t go here, it will ruin your day.

This LA and the Lake Worth one are definitely the best in the area. Super clean and organized!
Nicole the manager here has done a great job and was super helpful. Great vibe and WiFi works great as well! It's nice and cool inside too.

LA FITNESS BOCA RATON BERACASA - One star is TOO MUCH to rate my experience with this gym club. Do not go into their personal training program ever. They have been charging me even though this COVID19 scenario. They said that I have to use it or loose it. IT IS UNBELIEVABLE.

Staff Is so rude! They ruin my day everytime I call them. Plus this place is so packed all the time, and they say they are following social distance.c’mon!

One star is too much. Can I give ZERO for the staff at LAFITNESS Beracasa? They are extremely RUDE.

The contract pitch included free WiFi, but it has been down for a month. We asked about it the staff was rude. Also the gym doesn’t have enough equipment. Can’t wait until my contract ends.

I was coming here from the grand opening, at the start everything was great. Now maybe the manager changed but he didn’t tell me his name but he has a red beard. He was very rude to both of us and he didn’t even let my daughter sit there and I am very disappointed. Definitely will go to a different gym. I hope he gets fired! He ruined me and my daughters whole day. I owned a business and always welcomed any kids unlike this person. NEVER GO TO THIS GYM.

SAM QUEVEDO.no clue how did she get a job here in customer service. She treated me really bad when I asked her how to cancel my membership and she even threw a pen almost in my face. How rude! It’s a shame you guys leave that unprofessional people ruin the image of the club. I was planning to go back in a couple of months but not sure now probably not.

It saved my son and my life. It is helping us keep healthy. Christopher D.at the Beracasa Way location has been heaven sent.
