LA Fitness, Miami FL

I hate to be critical but for a signature gym it’s very poor. The equipment is outdated. The bathrooms on many occasions do not have paper products.

Worst customer service experience
Bad actitud. Jesus in the front desk
Replace him immediately. Calling corporate and submitting a complaint.

L. A. Fitness Brickell is "Supposedly" a Signature gym, but the reality is that any other L. A. Fitness is better than that one. The membership is more expensive because you have should have the service of getting towels which almost never happens because most of the time they don't have clean towels. Besides that, almost everyday you find homeless people hanging in the lockers room which it's a little uncomfortable.

I was assisted by Ky, the General Manager. Excellent experience; loved the facility, plenty of equipment. The restroom super clean. It looks like a hotel gym. I’m signing today!

After a few trials, I can easily say that Facilities are nice, location is perfect, wide choice of Proteined chocolates and drinks, However there is one thing that prevented me from subscribing. How can the people enter with their clothes and shoes in the Sauna? I have never seen that anywhere else and It seems the management is not doing anything to prevent this from happening, this is a strong lack of Hygiene.poeple are putting their shoes on the wood when sitting on the upper levels. That's totally unacceptable. This is supposed to be a signature Club.

So spacious, clean, and well-organized. I had a great workout. It was my first time in a gym and I must say great first impression!

Dirty bathrooms, unorganized weights, rude staff, and very unsanitary machines, very low lighting all around, and many people lacking manners and education, management take action or more people will stop paying to go to LA! And think what will vmbe the consequences of this for you as your primary job!

Guys who go to fitness, be careful with your belongings inside the locker rooms even with a lock, I had my things stolen from my bag at Brickell.

No care at all for the members. Things break and they never fix it or take forever. Only good thing about the gym is the location.

Worse Gym ever! Run, its dirty and the trainers are so under qualified they are haters
Then to cancel its a pain in the a**, avoid headaches dont go!

Avoid this club. It's poorly maintained and the staff is very deceptive. We signed up with Yenni and she told us lies regarding the use of a joint account. I'm assuming she was just trying to make commission by feeding customers false information. The best thing for LA fitness to do would be to replace the entire staff and enforce a strick sanitation policy. Honestly, I know this is south Florida, but the level of service from yenni and the crew was beyond incompetent. I truly do not know how they can look themselves in the mirror in the morning. Truly pathetic.

Good gym but the free weights are all over the place. I wish their personnel would keep the weight rack more organized. Weights are all over the gym. Management should do something about that.

It is a Signature L. A. Fitness in a good neighborhood. However, most of the time you find homeless or weird people inside the locker room hanging, showering, etc. Sometimes it feels unsafe leaving stuff by itself even just for a moment to use the bathroom etc.

I’ve been a member of this gym for 6 months and it’s been really disappointing to see how poor the overall maintenance of this club is.

The dumbbells are never racked and the equipment are very old and ripped benches, nothing is in its place.

The gym is also dirty and smells bad, never have I ever seen once an employee spraying a scent or cleaning the machines.

I have been to other LA fitness branches and none of them compare to this one.its the worst.

They are lucky that they're the only gym that is cheap as other gyms in Brickell are 150+. If there was a gym around the same price I am sure everybody will leave LA fitness.

The only good thing about this gym is that its big and cheap.

Other than all this, you have to pay $1.50 for parking every time you go, so if you go around 20 days a month it is an extra $30 which makes the membership even more expensive.

If you could afford something more pay it and go.

There is nothing signature about this gym. It smells like mold, and the machines are old. I cancelled my membership yet they constantly call and harass me. Avoid LA Fitness at all costs.

THIS PEOPLE HAVE NO ODEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS… I was feeling sick after the sauna and this guy walks in screaming “you got 3 minutes” and closes the door of my shower like it’s prohibited to leave it open. While at the lockers he comes back in to scream again and two other guests looked at him astonished because of the attitude. Please check the CAMERAS. Then while leaving the girl looks at us “c’’mon guys, it’s seven minutes! ” While looking mean as hell. Most uncomfortable experience in any gym I’ve visited. PS: NO HOT WATER FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS.

Louis Welch the CEO! This is the gym …looks worst than a public bathroom! Smells like urine! Shame on you for not caring at all! Someone try to steal my bag! No one cares there!

I’ve been a member of this gym for almost 5 years and it’s been really disappointing to see how poor the overall maintenance of this club has come to.

First off, the dumbbells are absolutely never fully re racked. And I know a good portion of this is due to members, however it’s the gyms ultimate responsibility to make sure the dumbbells are re racked and in order before they open the next day. I couldn’t even finish my workout the other day because I couldn’t find the right dumbbells I needed ANYWHERE in the gym.

The water fountains have been out for almost 2 months, that’s just unacceptable. And the paper towel dispensaries are almost always out.

Add to that, the gym is overall dirty. I can’t tell you the last time I’ve seen a cleaning person in here, and I’m in the gym very early in the Mornings. When I originally got my membership, there was a cleaning person here Every morning I was in.

La fitness is very fortunate that the only other full gym in the brixkell area is equinox, which is a 200+ per month membership. If that weren’t the case, I have a feeling they wouldn’t have as many members as they do, and that unfortunately now includes myself.

Great work out environment at this fitness studio. Small groups where everyone gets a personalized work out plan according to their needs and goals. The trainers are amazing. Very knowledgeable and great at motivating you to constantly push for more and do your best.
