Worst experience, receptionist charged me $6 dollars to enter without letting me know even adter having membership. When asked to cancel my membership they make it harder and harder by asking you to come only at certain hours and when you do the person won't be available.
They almost charged me $200 and still doing it. Not sure what to do

How about having sanitizer spray bottles available again so people can disinfect the equipment! This gym usually doesn’t have them for no reason. And I’m blaming this gym for giving me covid

The summer just hot and the AC is not working for some reason. It’s so hot today that I barely can breathe. I had to leave after 20 min working out!

The customer service here is terrible. I submitted a guess pass and was told I couldn’t access the gym cause guess passes weren’t allowed due to a 50% capacity. If this is the case why do you still have guest passes available online? You are wasting people’s times and potential members.

Horrible place, sales staff is very irresponsible. They lost my son’s ID and stole his membership money. Will never go back to that place! Stay away!

Doesnt enforce picking up, never paper towels in bathroom, bathroom stinks, bathroom stall doors dont close properly, and machines always broken.
Take care of these things and you'll receive better reviews. If I did my job as lazily as they do no planes would land safely.

Bad, staff very disrespectful to service members, military and veterans. We are not appreciated here at this particular gym.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Probably one of the messiest gyms I've ever been to. Weights were everywhere, a ton of machines were broken, and the staff wasn't the nicest bunch. Was supposed to get a Fitness assessment when I got there, but the trainer was nowhere to be found. Very limited amount of equipment. They charge two months in advance and don't tell you that you only have 3 days to get a refund after you sign up. Only upsides are the pool and sauna, if you even need to use those. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Don’t waist your money. The instructors are worthless. You can get better advice from a YouTube video.

Decent gym although it is always packed unless you go around lunch time. It has a good variety of equipment. NO ONE ever re-racks their weights or cleans up after themselves and the staff doesn’t seem to care or help build that type of culture here. Leading to spending more time look for a pair of weights, and wiping things down after others than actually working out.

Overall, I'm giving it a 4 compared to other gyms in the area. This gym is huge and not too crowded during off peak hours. When it's busy it's more like Club LA Fit, packed with people hanging out and weights everywhere. It's usually clean but on a few occasions the bathrooms have been neglected. Still, for the price and the variety of equipment, classes, and steam room, AND the new smoothie/snack bar, its a solid option.

Jesus! I can write a book about that place. If you only care about coming to use the equipment to get your work out, then you will be fine. The problem is not the place but the people working there.

It is a relatively new place, but it is not maintained as it should be. Many broken machines, the rugs are dirty etc. Too bad…

Women's sauna doesn't work, there are no wipes to wipe off the gear. Absolutely packed everyday. Lead training staff was incredibly demeaning in his attempt to sell his training package which would amount to almost one thousand dollars by the third month and every time I call this place they hang up in my face. Thank you LA Fitness.

Expensive and unprofessional.
My wife and I have already canceled the account 8 month ago, but every month continue to take money from our credit card while not attending the gym.

The place is clean, the staff very helful specialy Frank, Kory, Virgilio they're assets to the company.

Never had a problem there, highly recommended gym, it has everything the typical LA fitness has and workers are cool

This L. A. Fitness stays pretty busy, but you can usually get to the equipment that you want to use. There are a few slobs in the locker room, but the cleaners eventually make their way in behind them to clean up.

Top of the line gym, with trainers, and pool, sauna, etc. I like the fact that I can workout at any of their convenient branches.

Little better then the other LA Fitness locations around. For most part it’s clean and taken care of. There are few of the circuit training bros who think they own the place but otherwise it’s great for working out. Staff is friendly for the most part and helpful if you have a question. They finally just got a juice bar with is a much needed addition. If you park do it in the garage.
