I mean.it's LA fitness and the staff have never been problematic.proven commodity. Why wouldn't I give it 5 stars?

I've been a member of this gym for years. They have a great space, Over time I've seen machines replaces with newer inferior models.great coaches.

Swiming pool, Jaccuzi, sauna, great showers and friendly staff. Regular customers are polite. Lots of serious body builders and pretty eye candy.
Excellent crowds for zumba, Racketball, basketball and cycling. Excellent juice and snacks
The receptionists remember you.
Really good place!

This place has pretty much everything you need. Only thing that isn't nice there is the swimming pool

If you’re thinking of getting a membership here, DONT! I signed up and the manager helped me Sandra S, the whole process took 5 minutes and she didn’t explain anything about the club benefit or memberships.so I go to cancel 3 days later but turns out it’s the weekend so I call and they tell me that general managers are the only one that can cancel it and give me a refund to go back Monday when they were in. I go Monday and Sandra S. Says it’s too late and I can’t get a refund at that point that I only had THREE DAYS TO CANCEL AMD GET A REFUND? (which I had no idea because she literally told me no information when I signed up) When I tried to ask questions she was being dismissing and clearly only cared about making a sale.also other employees were helpful but this lady doesn’t care about her job.

The machines and overall gym is well kept. The trainers are exceptional and the vibe is amazing. The owners are hands on and have great interest in making sure all of the clients have everything they need to achieve their fitness success; no matter at what level you are. I love this place and highly recommend it to everyone.

This is what me and my Wife pay $35 a month for. All of the stair machines are out. No one picks up their weights or follows any of the clubs rules for that matter. Management cares even less. Don’t sign up. We’re about to cancel our memberships.

FOR THE PAST 2 DAYS THEY HAVE BEEN OUT OF PAPER TOWELS, SO THERE HAS BEEN NOTHING TO WIPE DOWN/CLEAN/STERILIZE ALL OF THE MACHINES, BIKES, ELLIPTICAL'S AND STAIR MASTERS. I've Been a member here for a while and the incompetence of the management at this location is unbearable but the past 2 days have been downright pathetic. I'm there in the early morning and even at 530am none of the weights are re-racked and the dumbells are left everywhere as tripping hazards instead of where they should be.

Obnoxious music from the spin room really kills the experience when they open the doors. It's fine when the doors are closed but when they open the doors and blast the rest of the gym it makes it hard to get in the zone.

Pretty good gym. Not enough leg machines. I guess it's a Miami requirement. Tons of bicep and chest machines!

I love this LA! The layout is welcoming and the set up is user-friendly. I’ve been coming here for three years and tried many locations, but this one is my favorite!

70% of the times I walk in there is literally no one at the front desk and it gets stupid full sometimes but other than that I guess I can't complain

Great place. I am super strong and don't feel at all uncomfortable working with with weaker people. This gym is also clean.

Love the LA fitness chain. Better then planet fitness and youfit junk. Lots is heavy weights and machines. Locker rooms, pool, sauna, showers, etc.nothing better around here

The front desk people should be up to date was is going in their gym, not in their co-workers life.

This gym is filthy. One of the dirtiest LA Fitness’ I’ve been to. Mildew in the showers and hair everywhere. Machines don’t look like they’re wiped. Weights are never reracked, even bright and early in the morning. Any requests I’ve made to have these issues addressed, including emailing corporate, has gone unanswered.

Most poorly run club in Miami. Machines break, they don’t fix. Yesterday, 3 of 6 stair climber were out of order. Sometimes it is 4 that don’t work. Can’t remember when all 6 worked. They are going a little better with the pool chemistry. Update: OK, they have now fixed the machines. And the pool is doing better. By dropping the temperature, there is slower bacteria growth, less need for chlorine. Keep up the good work. I should move my review from 1 star to 3 stars

I'm thinking of quitting this gym. Its smells terrible, it's not clean at all, and its messy. If I had a competitor near I would switch in a second. Please hire a cleaning crew and people to pick up the weights.

Facilities were decent. The woman at the front desk was rude and lazy and refused to look up my friend in the system even though he was a member and had forgot his card. The manager was equally unhelpful and refused to give either of their names. Very bad service at this gym; better off going somewhere else if you can.
