Over the past few weeks, it’s extremely disappointing to not be able to use the sauna. Almost every time I’ve been to the gym, it’s been out of order. One of the sole reasons I come to this gym is to use this. It’s getting ridiculous at how long it’s been down, as this membership is not cheap by any means.

I've been to varios LA fitness and this one takes the award for being the most disorganized. No one racks free weights after they use, staff does absolutely nothing to enforce nor do they ever organize free weight. Its very frustrating when searching for a particular dumbell, you have look through the entire 2nd floor.

Parking is decent, staff at the front desk are always nice and welcoming, pool needs renovation, gym overall needs also a big renovation especially the disgusting floors and machine are old/filthy. In fact, some seem to always be broken or taken most of the time regardless the time of the day so what’s the point of continuing being a member? All of this is irritating and most members are rude anyway and don’t clean their sweat after utilizing the machines which is scary given we’re in the middle of a pandemic. For me even if they offered me the gym for free I would still not go to LA fitness. Cancellation was easy as 1-2-3 so not sure why some reviews stated the contrary. Goodbye LA fitness!

The facility was alright. It's a gym so I didn't except as much as they had available, however a day pass is very expensive ($17/ person) even though their website says you can get a "free" five day pass. Which was never offered to us.

We were happy to be able to get a good sweat on, but no one was wearing any kind of face coverings, even though they had signs stating "LA Fitness requires it".

Overall just an OK place.

Everyday someone’s car gets broken it to not only the break the windows but they take what ever you have in your car and they still haven’t put a security to watch that parking lot

It’s LA Fitness, I won’t give 5 stars because little be messed inside, but the stuff members is very friendly.

Amazing gym but always super packed. The machines are great. The pool is great. The basketball court is great. Just always packed with people. Forget about a relaxing workout, it is all about flexing in front of hundreds of ppl.

I have hit 7 different La fitnesses in SFLO this has to be my favorite, not only is the set up better its cleaner and machines get fixed immediately not months later (coral springs, coconut creek). People here actually work out instead of hogging up machines while they take selfies. Cool ambiance I drive out of my way at the least 3 times a week to work out here.

Ms. Silvia in the kids club is the such a caring childcare provider. She truly takes pride in what she does. Always bringing in new toys and books for the kids. Very engaging and positive with the children. As a mother of two small toddlers it makes me feel 100% safe leaving them with her and knowing how much she cares for them. Keep up the great work Silvia!

Great gym to workout. Awesome equipment to use. It's more like a family gym every one is friendly and no negative vibes what so ever

This is truly a great gym. It provides everything You need. Staff are family friendly and trainers really knows there craft.

People here never rerack their weights! Machines are always sweaty seriously soaked with sweat! No body is required to bring a towel!

I like that they have the sauna, hot tub, and pool. Clients dont put their free weights away and a lot of the staff dont seem very happy. That's just my personal experience.

Weights are just left where ever you like and may as well change the name of club to a phone carrier cause most people sit on the machines on there phones for really long Periods of time and the staff don’t do anything as they do the same at their desk. ENFORCE SOME FREAKING RULES AT THIS GYM! Don’t worry about hurting there feelings cause other people will join if you do! ITS A GYM PEOPLE WORKOUT AND MOVE OFF THE MACHINE OR BENCH!

Such a welcoming gym with no pressure of joining everyone is nice and helpful. Its a must see gym!

Have been a member for more than one year and called to schedule an appointment with a female trainer; however, it appears that the training director cannot allow this without his direct overly intrusive involvement in everything step of the process from scheduling, meeting a trainer, developing goals, or a plan.

Great clean and accessible facility. Reasonably priced especially on family plan. Enough Free weights and machines to handle busy times. Good selection to be able to put together a good workout regimen. Pool, steam, and many more amenities. Hours are enough to handle any need especially in the am. Enough parking to handle busy hours.
