Beware. While in a convenient location this hotel is dirty and outdated. It smelled like the inside of an old refrigerator, the internet didn't work, and there were hairs in the bed and on the toilet. We immediately turned around and left. If we booked an inexpensive motel, I wouldn't be complaining, but we found a MUCH nicer (and cleaner) hotel in a similar price range down the street.

We spent one night here and that was about enough. Floors were dirty in the room, half of the electrical outlets didn't work. There was extention cords powering the lights behind the head boards on both beds. The hotel is located in a good area, hotel staff was polite, beds were hard. If your ok with "janky" rooms this is your place.

We stayed for five days and they only did one day of cleaning and changing towels and because we got married to ask for it since there was a baby in the room…
We had to bring the crib up from their warehouse and assemble it ourselves, why didn't they do it, there was no Wi-Fi and as a result of them no television, they put us as soon as we arrived in a room that was right above the air conditioning motors and the whole room was shaking.room, we had to ask to be changed because you couldn't stay in that room for even five minutes, the treatment was horrible…according to the hotel it's all due to lack of staff…I don't know how it would be before but I don't recommend it at all…they stay for sleeping on the beach and it works out better than paying to go through hardships…

Negative:
Room has a smell of chlorine, definitely not healthy.
Wifi didn't work the whole time
windows very dirty
With the windows open you can hear the air conditioner
Would have to be renovated altogether
Conclusion: Still 2 stars because I adjusted my standards to the USA.
. In Germany the hotel would have gotten 1 star.

The first shocking non sense from this property comes when the unfriendly ladies from reception inform you that your room would not be cleaned by house keeping during the whole stay (10 days) - even though this is a normal service at any hotel worldwide (Maybe we are paying for it right). From that moment onwards everything went downhill. Dirty bed clothes, stains. Dirty bathroom, horrible smell everywhere, like Bleach with PineSol. They do not care if you have a good stay, they just break all kind of quality rules and hygiene, it is obvious they do not provide proper care to the property. Sadly the standards are lower than in Europe.
Stay away from this place and any LUXURBAN franchise hotel, (La Flora, Impala hotel, Astor) just a turist trap.

The location is excellent, pass the trolli for free, you save renting a car, fuel and parking. The cleanliness of the room is excellent, zero noise at night, you can sleep pleasantly. In the street behind the hotel on Washington Avenue you find many minimarkets, restaurants of a wide variety, I recommend 5 guys is for hamburgers and don't forget to go to Lincoln Road. The beach one block away!

There was absolutely nothing GOOD about this hotel. Had I paid for a tiny dirt-cheap room, then I might have been happy. But, I reserved AND PAID FOR a King 2-Room Suite - a king size bed, living room with separate bedroom, refrigerator and microwave. I made the reservation and payment months in advance. I arrived at the hotel and checked in. I got to the room they gave me - it was one TINY room with a Queen bed. The room was so small, I could sit on the bed and touch the walls. The room that they gave me was about half the price of the suite that I paid for. When I went to the front desk to tell them there was, apparently, a mix-up, they told me they didn't have a King Suite available. I said "but, I PAID for a King Suite - in advance". They told me they didn't have any King suites available - and, that they were still charging me the same room rate even though, when I made the reservation, the room that they gave me was MUCH less than the room I reserved and paid for.
Read the reviews.you'll see that this is a common practice for them. Bait and switch - sell rooms at the 'King Suite' rate and then, when you arrive and have no other option, tell you that there are no King Suites available.

Starting with the good it was a very large and comfortable room with good internet and a very good location
The bad … the lobby staff with a very bad predisposition to the guest, nothing like this really happened to me, all super rude and did not solve any problem, we had to solve everything with the cleaning and maintenance staff who had much better treatment and another point It was the presentation of the lobby since the place was closed for breakfast but the tables were tucked to one side and abandoned

Hotel with the essential basics and even less.
The paid breakfast option was totally disabled, no one from the hotel was able to let me know. I didn't have a kitchen either and the refrigerator to supply myself was too small, I would say that with luck I would fit 1 kilo of bananas and 1 kilo of apples. I searched for them as I could.
The option of cleaning the room we were told at the reception that it did not have. With which I had to ask for toilet paper, clean towels, even my sheets to change them and a broom to sweep. After consulting with the cleaning girls, they told me that if I stayed 3 days they would not clean you, to which I replied: but I have been here 10 days, so they told me you have to request cleaning in advance at the reception.
I had problems the first 3 days with the tv, my husband finally fixed it.
Then with the room cards, my husband asked for a solution at the reception and they didn't even bother to come to see what was happening. My husband had to go back to ask the reception to rehabilitate his card to be able to enter the room.
I really do not recommend it at all:
At the reception they speak only English and they don't even bother to try to understand unless you speak English, so I recommend that they check out the languages ​​that speak Spanish because they don't speak it at all.
Cleaning service to the fourth order? A shame I paid like $60,000 (Argentine pesos) for fees, cleaning and resort and I ended up cleaning my room myself. They also say that they comply with the COVID regulations, as they will comply if they do not clean the rooms.
When I left, my husband went to look for the car and I left with 4 suitcases, the man from the reception just came out to smoke.do you think he helped me carry them 3 meters to the car? NO! That's how cordial it was.
Also please stop putting in the services they provide: 1 bed, 1 tv, they need to put that they provide water and electricity please, gentlemen, it seems like a joke!
The wifi a total disaster, it was lousy.
I repeat, a lousy hotel, I do not recommend it, the facilities and the staff are terrible, they were not even capable of saying good morning in English.

This place is good for one night only. They have no ice machine, the refrigerator never got cold, and no microwave. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and it's only one block from the beach, which is why I stayed here. Staff was friendly and answered all questions I had. Also, hotel bar is under construction.

Terrible front desk service. I suggest changing personnel or fixing the reservation system since they "toured us through three hotels" in fact, this hotel was not the one I had reserved, they told us that the system did not work and we had made the reservation a month ago.
I recommend at least having a water dispenser, a shame that they don't remodel the entire bar area that is closed, at least for seating. Anyway. With this price there are better hotels with good service, same location, breakfast, it was just to experience another accommodation, but I will never try to change hotels in Miami Beach again
