La Granja, Pompano Beach FL

Trash completely! Walked in tables were left dry! They took forever! The bathroom is disgusting! The roof has moles! It’s completely trash! Nothing like the other places. They don’t care for this place at all. Employee are extremely lazy! It’s so sad.

Wrong food on two separate orders after a 45 minute wait in the drive thru. Wasn't busy, there was just two other cars. They're just consistently stupid slow and inaccurate as a rule.

This is probably the only La Granja that I know that doesn’t answer phones. I have called this place several times to place an order for pick up and it goes directly to voicemail. Freaking horrible.

I always thought the peruvian sauted beef was made with the top shoulder part of the caw, but this restaurant (La Granja) uses some uneatable beef.
Taste like beef but the consistency is like chew gum. I will NOT recommend the sauted beef made at this restaurant.

Today was my third time in this Month and I finally notice that your cans and bottle drinks taste like straight Smoke grace.

Great food at adorable prices. We had a delicious family dinner were everybody had what they wanted.

Meat tastes old and hard, I went to La Parilla a week after and it's like had the lomo and the meat and flavor was 1 million times better and the price was a little bit less. Would definitely do La Parilla from now on.

Always delicious, I try new things on the menu and have yet to be disappointed. My favorite is #4 the flattened out chicken with rice beans and plantains.

They were quick and the food was quality. Been coming here for years and they never disappoint! All of there locations have what you need with that quality!

Terrible service, cashiers are rude, the worsted thing was that tbe cashier girl grabbed a broom and started sweeping around me, lifting all that dust while i was still trying to eat. Not good at all.

This place have terrible hygienic conditions, they add vinegar at almost all food.dirty bathrooms, I definitely don't recommend this place.

Can't go wrong with La Granja. Absolutely love their food and this particular location is awesome!

I love la granja BUT this one sucks they are rude and food isn't as good. I asked them to serve the sauteed beef in separate containers (which the 441 restaurant does automatically) and they got upset they charged me. 50 a container which I still didn't care about but they went the extra mile to give me less as well. I paid $17 for bad service and less food for asking for a simple request.

The food was tasty. The place has a good environment, good music, not too loud not too low, restroom was clean. Drive thru was busy but the restaurant was perfect, for me.

They do not give tomatoes with steak and onions is not like how they have it in display of the menu and employees are not friendly they look like they do not want to working

This was my first time visiting this location. The only complaint I have was the cashiers ability for order placement. Instructions were given to the cashier to add something addition to the order; however, she neglected to relay the requested information to the cook nor add it to my receipt.

I talked to the cashier about the issue but she looked clueless as to how to resolve my discrepancy. There was no attempt on her part to try to make things right. I would recommend management retrain their associates to review order placements prior to accepting payment. It would greatly avoid the chances of incorrect orderst and improve customer satisfaction. Until management works to resolve such issues, I will not be back and would not recommend anyone visit this location.

I really didn't care for the barbecue the way it was prepared was poured on BBQ sauce over the chicken when it should have been already cooked in also it shouldn't be a extra charge for the barbecue chicken, especially the way it's prepared.

Scared to eat at this place, the inside isnt clean. I realize these La Granjas are franchised, but I purchased the sauteed beef at the nice Lauderdale Lakes store for $8.99. Here the same meal was $13.99 wth. Then, I opened the tray, and said “they didn’t give me fries”. Upon looking further, the fries were there but buried under the rice and the gravy from the beef. So gross. I could literally walk there from my house but I will not be eating here again.

Convenient and inexpensive. I usually love La Gramma but this location was a little lacking in quality and overall setting. My plantains were great, but chicken was a little dry.
