Food Is Ok. Went to go eat inside and everything is well and clean though no A/C and i felt uncomfortable eating in like that especially when it's hot outside.

Called 3 times every single time the girl that picked up the phone as soon as I started giving her my order just hung up on me, how rude.
Don’t work with customers if you can’t give good customer service

Usually, when I go there the service is not that bad, but I have been there a couple of times and that one lady has been extremely rude, she is usually on the register on thursday around 4 pm. They served me really salty rice and it was not even thoroughly cooked and when I nicely brought it to their attention the rude cashier started arguing with me and gossiping with her cor-workers about it they were laughing and happy instead of replacing the food. This is the second time she has done that, once she messed up my order and when I asked for her to fix it she had an attitude and argued with me and still didnt get it right. If you want to go eat in a place where you are not looked down based on your skin color then dont go to that place.

Order from DoorDash i did not get half of my order and then when i called the restaurant whoever answer the phone was rude and arrogant telling me oh come get it then but I’m at work that’s why i order on DoorDash. I ask for a manager he said there’s no manager working today so i said how is that even possible he rudely answered “you know a manager need days off right? ” Not my problem, there should be a manager all the time overthere cause obviously you guy’s cannot make a order right by yourselves.

This place is just a dam nightmare now! Takes too long too order! Too long to get food! I can go to grocery store and cook at home faster! Dont come!

Honestly I have been in two different locations and their level of attention was way better than this location. Food was ok cooked. Definetely will think twice about coming here again.

Used to come here quite often but tonight changed that. Waited over 30 minutes as they handed out to go order after order but having skipped mine. Find out the girl handed out my food to someone else at least once. When I told the manager how unacceptable that was I was totally brushed off. I work customer service so I understand mistakes, but I feel like the service was lacking only to get home to undercooked veggies and cold chicken. Super bummed

I ordered a number 1 and they said it was not a meal. So no drink. But someone else order a number 2 and they got a drink. No matter what I order it came with a drink. Plus there cups are small anyways. I’m done with this place. It’s inconsistent.

Chicken, fish, and beef dishes, Latin-style. Ample portions, reasonable. Pick up your order at the counter. Tasty fare. Good value. Casual.

Chicken has been dry and over cooked the last couple times I been to this location. Streak fajitas had like no meat in it. Service was really slow and there was like no one in there.

This place never fails me. Good, hot, affordable and fast. Although I will say this location is one of the cleanest I've ever see.

Place is among the best managed La Granja locations, food is always freshly cooked and the restaurants is very clean.

My chicken was not cooked properly. Inside of the chicken was pink. Called the store several times and the young lady who answered the phone kept hanging up on me. NEVER eating there again.

Dont bother calling in an order. When i arrived they now put it in, and that was after 10 mins of me try to get someone on the phone to place the order.

Great food, service is generally good, but, when it is bad, it is VERY BAD. A party of two, places order at same time; food can be ready at same time or ten minutes apart.

Delicious outstanding fast service Peruvian flavor fresh food clean place variety of meals for kids and adults. Enjoy.

HORRIBLE CHICKEN. NOT COOKED WELL. RICE SO DRY. I asked for a dark meat she gave me a nasty white. Poor service. No stars if I had the choice.

Food is great! I truly love this eating establishment, great place to come for a good Spanish meal
