Went there to pick up an large order. No one helped me. 17 meals to my car. Had to do it alone. And than had to pour q7 soft drinks by myself with no help to my car. Girl behind register standing there eating an orange. Awful service

Local lunch spot for workers to grab a fast bite. It is one up from a fast food joint. Service is as fast as fast can be when they are making your meal fresh. The atmosphere is clean and humble. Nothing fancy but a nice place for workers to be able to sit and enjoy a fast bite for lunch. They do not have servers. You order and you bring to your table or you take out to go.

Never had a bad meal here. Always official. Staff also very friendly. I had the Grilled Chicken with Black Beans and Rice with fries. Oh yea and the Chicken Soup.delicious!

They'd rather talk to themselves than to help customers. So nonchalant here. Not worth your time.

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. Quality of food is not the same as it used to be. 2 TIMES already we went and arrived like 8: 40-8: 45pm and even when there is a sign that says that they are open until 9 pm they had the door locked and the people inside tell you that they are closed from far away. Just terrible. Unfortunately better off going to a different la granja location or somewhere else.

I have ate in several franchises of La Granja. And this is the only one, where they gave me only white rice without beans. I ask for beans and They told me, only one side.a plate of 20$ one side?

Llamé para hacer un pedido en inglés para recoger y le pasaron el teléfono a Guarde. Mientras hacía el pedido, le informé que quería mis frijoles principalmente con la salsa de frijoles, pero al revisar mi recibo después de pagar, me cobró frijoles adicionales. Le pregunté si podía reemplazar los frijoles por otra empanada que cuesta un dólar menos que los frijoles, y groseramente dijo que no y pasó al siguiente cliente. Le devolví los frijoles y no me devolvió el dinero. Guarde necesita aprender modales de servicio al cliente y dejar de robar a sus clientes por su error. Y La Granja su ubicación comercial está en los Estados Unidos de América. Al menos tenga un empleado que pueda hablar inglés correctamente

I called to place an order in English for pickup and they passed the phone to Guarde. While placing the order i informed him i wanted my beans mostly with the bean gravy but upon checking my receipt after i paid he charged me an additional beans. I asked him if he could replace the beans for another empanada which is a dollar less than the beans, and he rudely said no and moved on to the next customer. I gave him the beans back and he didn't refund me the money. Guarde you need to learn customer service manners and stop stealing from your customers because of your mistake. And La Granja your business location is in the United States of America. At least have one employee who can speak proper English.

Hadn't been there in quite awhile. Forgot how good this place is. Excellent roast chicken with black beans and rice.

The food was cold, i asked to have my plate freshly made, they reheated my food and handed back, service was horrible

I typically like the food from other locations, decided to try this out. Food came later than expected and I found hair in my rice. Called to inform the staff and was put on hold for 15 mins. I eventually hung up because nobody came back to the phone.

I Order A Half Of Chicken Yesterday, 1st Thing That Came 2 My Mind Was To Check My Food, Because I've Been Played By Them Before With Them Giving Me Old Dried Out Food! Well Yesterday My Half Of Chicken Was 2 Leg Quarters. When I Told Them Thats Not A HALF OF CHICKEN & Give Me My Breast&Wing The Cashier Looked @ Me Like I Said Something Wrong. Im Really Starting To Believe Their Trained To Do Black Ppl Like That. When I Go There With My Spanish Speaking Friends Everything Is Fresh & Correct. Im Putting It Out There & Im Not Stopping. They Racial Profiling US!
